Tom and his whole team made us feel at home. They took care of my kids while we worked on the deal. We moved from California to MD and they helped us get out of our miserable situation. We had a vehicle we bought in California that was draining us financially and they worked extra hours just to make sure we weren?t suffering anymore and got us into an affordable brand new 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander. Thank you Tom, Dylan, and Renee. The other staff were amazing I just can?t recall the names but it was the desk manager and the GM as well. We scheduled some warranty work with Joe in the service dept. He explained what they were going to do and why it was important to keep up with this service. When they were finishing up, he advised of a couple of filters that were very dirty and needed to be changed. He provided good communication throughout the work. Overall we are very pleased with the whole Tom Hodges team.
