Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Crystal and her team really knocked it out of the park when assisting me in purchasing my new Traverse. They took that extra time and explained different options and allowed me to think about it without feeling pressured. Really personable and down to earth people. The Manager sat in on the financing and they took the time to find extra discounts to get me the best deal and help me stay within my budget. Great team!

Buying a new truck at Napleton chevy

Service people were very helpful getting accessories for my new truck and were very safe in this time of cov-19 and I felt safe to.

Our New2021 Rav 4 Thank you Luis

We came in to buy a used car. Luis was recommended to us to work with from a previous dealership. He met us and was ready for us to show us the car we were looking for. We needed a specific payment and a specific trade in amount in order to purchase another vehicle. Luis pointed us toward a lease on a 2021 Rav 4 which could get us a new car at the amount we needed which was less than the used vehicle we had come in to see and a better vehicle. He was an awesome sales person and his reputation as a sales person was spot on. He was great got us the monthly price we needed and also the trade in value we needed to purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable, customer satisfaction oriented and his personality was truly great. He stayed with us until the end and showed us everything we needed to know about the car. Luis we appreciate all you have done for us. This was a 5 star buying experience which is hard to find. Financing worked with Luis to get us our Price. Thank you Luis and everyone at Toyota for a A experience

Puchase of a used vehicle

I am very satisfied with the vehicle I bought and highly reccomend them if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Gary explained all the bells and whistle on it as it was all new to me. Very happy with the friendliness of all the people that work there.

Air Conditioning Repair on Impala

Staff were friendly and very informative of what needed to be done. Repair was done within estimated timeframe. The car was cleaned before being returned.

Napelton Chevrolet Buick BUYER BEWARE!!

Bought a vehicle with cash last year from Napelton--which was a certified previously leased vehicle with 17,000 miles. We drove home to Janesville and once we got it home noticed the front bumper had popped out. We then made arrangements to take it back and repaired. It was a clip that was broke that they fixed while we were in their waiting room. I recently had scuffed my buffer and took it to a Certified body shop in Janesville to repair and they gave me an estimate. Took the vehicle in for repair and then they called me asking me what happened to the bumper before. I told them Napelton replaced a bumper clip. They stated it was repaired incorrectly--actually it was glued--so they had to destroy the bumper to get it off. Now the whole bumper had to be replaced for additional money. They suggested I go back to the dealership to address this issue. I talked to the General Manager "Dan" to let him know about the faulty repair. We showed him pictures that the Body Shop provided and offered to give him their phone number for clarification. He was very defensive and told us they don't have a Body Shop there and that they out source that work--yet we sat in their waiting room while it was being done. No one told us they out source this stuff--regardless. They do not standby the workmanship of the people they out source their work to. Dan just kept saying its only cosmetic--not sorry or apologetic or even cared about the issue--very arrogant person. We are moving forward and contacting General Motors to file a formal Complaint--this Dealership is giving General Motors a bad name. BUYER BEWARE!!

Best service i have ever had buying a new truck. This chevrolet dealer will do what they say. I will be going back to them when its time to trade again.

New Silverado

Easy going friendly staff. They made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Only negative thing is there are pot holes in the lot there so it could be repaved.

new truck purchase

needed a new truck surfed the net found what i needed 2hours away.called and talked to Don Johnson made the deal over the phone. picked up truck 3 days later.very nice dealership friendly greeting Don had all the paperwork ready an d i was on my way in about 20 minutes. i would highly recommend this dealer definitely 5star plus!!
