Horrible service department had my truck for three days

Horrible service department had my truck for three days for seatbelts, to just tell me to come get it and it would be two weeks for seatbelts. Still waiting for call have tried to get service three times. No return calls. Have not reached out at all. It over the two week time frame they gave me. Wish there was another ram truck dealer less than a 100 miles away.

Super helpful! Helped find what I was looking for without being “pushy” like some can do! Professional, both on the salesman side and in finance once we made a deal. Highly recommend!!

Bad experience since the beginning of working with them.

Bad experience since the beginning of working with them. Terrible communication with salesman, Cyrano. Took a long time to receive my vehicle after getting told it would be ready earlier. Received the vehicle with a broken sunglass holder and other broken parts. Told Chris Klein about a weird noise coming from the dash and he told me to "bang on the dash" to make the noise stop. Turns out the vehicle was in an accident before I purchased it and I wasn't informed, and the frame of the vehicle is broken. They told me that because I put on 6,000 miles on the vehicle that I must have done something to make the frame break.
