I found a new Ram truck I liked from their website and gave the dealership a call, after speaking with Keyshawn we setup an appointment to visit later in the day. Keyshawn explained a lot of the vehicle details on our test drive. The buying process didn't take long, they gave an honest value for my trade and a great price on the new truck. Without question one of the easiest car buying processed. Keyshawn was perfect. Answered all my questions. Got the financing I needed and had me in and out of the dealership in no time. This is the second lease I’ve done through Jim Shorkey. I won’t consider going anywhere else.

I would never buy from them again. Stay away from Wade. Unresponsive to issues and only cares about you until the sale is complete. I paid for something I still have not received 3 months later, and Wade (who sold it to me) just punts me to other people after saying he would be sure it was taken care of.

I purchased a RAM 1500 last night from Jim Shorey Auto Group in the North Hills (by Ross Park Mall.) Keyshawn Dorso was my Sales and Leasing Consultant and make the buying process easy. He eventually showed me multiple trucks before settling on my purchased vehicle and was patient with my requests. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and Jim Shorey if you are looking for a less stressful, more pleasant and ultimately successful buying experience.

I was trading my car in, they wanted to give me way below Blue Book value. Tried to bully me into a payment I could not afford. I said no, they were extremely rude and threw my keys back to me.

Went in to look at Jeep Wrangler. Sales manager tried to bait and switch posted website price, as the lease price, adding 4,000 to buy price posted on website. Ran credit without permission, before even talking to me about price, and offered ridiculous credit rate. Very low initial offer for trade, 4000 lower than other dealers. Feel bad for salesman, at posted price, very likely to buy. would not recommend this dealer.

I purchased used a Jeep Cherokee Friday 6.5.20. My salesman is George Barnes. I was very pleased with the entire process of purchasing and financing the car and trading in my old car.
