Amazing customer sure

I worked with Joe at Jim Shorkey north hills and he was amazing. I didn’t know what type of car I was looking for but he worked with my budget and found me a used 2018 Jeep Compass that worked with my budget. He was amazing and answered all question I had. Such a good experience from everyone there.

Bought a 2018 Pacifica off of Dan Shorkey

We bought a brand new 2018 Pacifica in December 2017. Dan Shorkey was our sales person. He did a fantastic job finding out exactly what we wanted and needed. I will definitely seek him out again when we go for our next vehicle. He made it really easy and an overall great experience. I really hope he’s still there when we are ready.

Stay AWAY! Horrible!!!

Bought a brand new dodge truck from this dealership, once I took the truck home I noticed that there were scratches all over the wheels, the scratches are only noticeable if you really look at the wheels, but they are still there on a brand new vehicle, when I reported the issue to the dealer, they immediately fought me on the situation saying they didn’t damage the truck and gave me the usual run around. I have now talked to maybe 5 different people from the dealership, and a month after reporting the issue, the dealership is still juggling to fix a problem that they caused. Worst car buying experience on this side of the Mississippi, be warned, stay away from this dealership!

Same old tired buying experience

If you like the same old buying experience or just like stabbing yourself in the eye by all means buy here. Either experience would be just as painful. They told me things that didn’t end up happening and screwed up the paperwork for both my lease and state registration. And didn’t seem very concerned about each. I actually emailed the Sales Manager and went back out and talked to them but just got double talk. Please avoid.

Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else!

Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else!" Purchased new 2017 2500 Ram Big Horn in September last year. Lots of recalls. Truck also needed a new set of tires at 13,000 miles. Steering column shifter problems as well . Unbelievable! I decided to trade truck in on new 1500. During the trade in process dealer told me that the title was “branded”. I had no idea what this meant but he told me that this usually happens after an accident when major repairs had to be made. The title was marked this way at Shorkey I was told. There was no mention of this to either my wife or myself during the sales process. The other dealer told me that this severely affects the trade in value. Had I known this truck was like this at the beginning I would have never bought it! These guys can’t be trusted.

Horrible Dealership

Salesmen are disrespectful from the start. When I finally got into a vehicle the salesman had completely inappropriate music playing in the truck and just let it play. It's pretty sad when you are trying to check out a new truck and the first word you hear when you get in is p*ssy and the salesman just let's it play. Followed by telling me the discounted price on the truck I came to look at was the "internet price" and was only available if I qualified for the incentives. So I drove 2 hours to look at a truck that was priced good online only to find out it was actually $10,000 more expensive.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. First they said the vehicle I wanted was in stock, then upon getting there it wasn't. So we decided to purchase a different one. Second, the paperwork to get my vehicle registered was wrong. After several trips to the DMV they finally got it right, but not after my registration already expired. Third, they try to hide several different insurance policies on the paperwork. Called the next day to cancel them and four months later still waiting on a refund. They say they're mailing paperwork and never receive. They say they're sending an email for the cancellation and never receive. The general manager hasn't returned my calls and neither has Shorkey himself. Four months of agonizing crap from this dealership. Once you get the vehicle, they could care less.

Very Pleased! Great experience

Had a great experience. Worked with Raheem, he was fantastic. Not pushy and worked very hard for me. Found I car I liked that was a little out of the price range I wanted to be in. He worked very hard for me with his manager and finance team to get me a deal that I was happy with. The communication was great and I feel like he really went to bat for me. It was a great overall experience. I would definitely refer to a friend or family and will be a repeat customer! All the sales people should take a lesson from Raheem. Present the facts, work hard for his customer, and don’t force it. He went above and beyond! It was a great experience!
