Feras Ahmed from sales was very helpful and courteous. He didn't pressure us into purchasing a vehicle, but was very helpful as he assisted us in making the right purchases. We are very pleased with our vehicle and services received at dealership.

I have to say, considering I purchased it sight unseen, shipping from FL to CA, the communication was top-notch. They kept me updated along every step of the way, and were always very accommodating to my specific requests. Although they are on the other side of the country, I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them again. Thanks a lot!

Wow, what a "first class" experience from start to finish! My wife fell in love with an exotic Maserati that she found on Auto Trader so we went to HGreg Lux to check it out. Upon arriving we were greeted by Ferris Ahmad, who was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Both Ferris and the owner Mark took the time to fully educate us about this kind of vehicle. I purchased a 2014 Maserati Ghibli from Ferris after getting a run around from several dealerships. The Maserati was as promised, he offered fast services and picked me up from my downtown loft. One of the things I appreciated the most was the ability to process my trade in and sale via text and email. I live 5 hours away. Upon arrival I was even more impressed with Nader and the facility. The process was simple, deal was fair, and Nader was fantastic. It took us much longer to tour the facility (at our request) than to make the purchase. I have and will continue to recommend Nader to all of my friends. A follow up to my sales experience. A second key to my vehicle was missing. Nader took the time to search their different facilities to no avail. HGreg Lux has purchased a new key at my local BMW dealership for me. Can't say enough good things about the service.
