Feras Ahmed provided excellent customer service and made the out of state car buying experience very painless. He did a superb job of handling everything which included providing additional pictures, FaceTime to show the car, CarFax report, vehicle service records, financing, registration and transport. He even followed up to make sure the car arrived on time and everything was to my satisfaction! He is an asset to the company and I will always give him the opportunity to earn my future business.

My sales associate was Ferris from HGregLUX. A really nice guy, with respect and patience that listened, really listened, and offered appropriate input where needed. Not pushy when it mattered to me and probably ramped it up a bit when it mattered to the dealership. Never-the-less, he is someone I will wish to do business it again. He is responsible for the confidence I felt in my purchase and the satisfaction I felt after I drove off in my new auto. Ferris is an asset to HGREGLUX and to anyone interested in putting their backside into an upscale auto.

Selected HGreg Lux because they had a nice variety of luxury/sport cars available on site so I could have my wife select what she liked. Found all their cars to be very clean, accident free, etc... You can tell they focus on sourcing very clean cars with no sketchy history. Feras was our salesman and he was great. since we didn't have a particular car we were considering, we wanted to look and test drive several. Feras was extremely accommodating and helpful. he quickly gathered the keys for the various cars we liked and began to tell us all the xxxxxxand con's of each car. We initially thought we would buy a Porsche and ended-up buying a BMW. Feras agreed that given my wife's needs, the BMW was a better option even though it was much cheaper. He never pushed for the Porsche and worked very hard to get to a price we were comfortable with . He handled the whole transaction in an extremely professional manner and had the car ready for us when agreed. We got exactly what they agreed to do and at the agreed date/time. We have owned various high-end and exotic cars and dealt with many dealers. Our experience with HGreg Lux and Feras was top notch. Will definitely deal with them again for my next purchase.

Easy to deal with. No pressure at any time. Received a fair deal. It was a pleasure dealing with Nadar. Facility is very impressive. My car only came with one key. I hope the other one shows up soon. I have recommended Nadar and his dealership to several friends.

The entire staff was excellent with helping me buy my Mazerati .... Ferris was amazing and very helpful. I was coming from out of state, and he had all the paperwork ready upon my arrival for signature. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Definately will be buying my next car from them!
