Wow, what a "first class" experience from start to finish! My wife fell in love with an exotic Maserati that she found on Auto Trader so we went to HGreg Lux to check it out. Upon arriving we were greeted by Ferris Ahmad, who was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Both Ferris and the owner Mark took the time to fully educate us about this kind of vehicle. The conversations were pleasant, "low pressure" and genuine. We purchased the car and it ended up being PERFECT (and Ferris made sure that got it for a great price)! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I purchased a 2014 Maserati Ghibli from Ferris after getting a run around from several dealerships. The Maserati was as promised, he offered fast services and picked me up from my downtown loft. Amazing class and five star service, very professional. If your buying a car, make sure it's from Ferris.

One of the things I appreciated the most was the ability to process my trade in and sale via text and email. I live 5 hours away. Upon arrival I was even more impressed with Nader and the facility. The process was simple, deal was fair, and Nader was fantastic. It took us much longer to tour the facility (at our request) than to make the purchase. I have and will continue to recommend Nader to all of my friends. A follow up to my sales experience. A second key to my vehicle was missing. Nader took the time to search their different facilities to no avail. HGreg Lux has purchased a new key at my local BMW dealership for me. Can't say enough good things about the service.

My sales associate was Ferris from HGregLUX. A really nice guy, with respect and patience that listened, really listened, and offered appropriate input where needed. Not pushy when it mattered to me and probably ramped it up a bit when it mattered to the dealership. Never-the-less, he is someone I will wish to do business it again.
