I took the advice of the dealership and am in a crappy situation because of it. To protect themselves, they advised me to make a financial decision I did not want to - with the assurance that I could easily modify the arrangement on my own post-sale. It turned out not to be easy. I needed help from the dealership to get to the payment plan I wanted, and should have had on day one. Instead of the help they assured me, I was ignored by everyone from my dealer to the GM - until I changed my Google review from 5 stars to 1. After asking them to make up for the undue mess I found myself in, the dealership’s response was that “I’m upset about something they couldn’t control and am asking them to fix something that is not their fault.” I made a decision relying on their advice. When it turned out not to work for me, they said “we simply presented you with options” and “didn’t force me to do anything.” Perhaps that’s true, but you should be aware of their refusal of accountability for their own advice. It may be blunt, but it’s honest. They’re more than happy to tell me what I should think and how I should feel now that they’ve sold me the car, and expect me to listen. But when they were doing the same thing during the sales process, it was my fault for listening.

Great buying experience!
We had a great experience buying our car from Keating Honda. The sales associate, Rodney, was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable. Since we ordered a car, he kept us up to date on the progress and answered any questions we had. We are very satisfied with the car and would definitely buy at Keating again. Love Keating Honda and John Wells !
We worked with John Wells to find me a replacement for my car after it was totalled. Finding vehicles in this market is slightly challenging, but he went above and beyond to get me in a CRV hybrid!!! Thomas and Brett were so easy to work with and ask questions about the financing. I can't rave about all of them enough!!!

Good people to know
A good place with good people. I saw a 2016 Honda Civic for sale at this dealership and I went there to look at it. Robert Dams and I took the car for a drive. We had a nice conversation about our families and the state of the world. He is helpful and knowledgeable about Hondas. I spoke to a man about an extended warranty when we got back. I can’t recall his name, but he has a full beard and a bald head. We chatted about our views on various topics and he told me about his precious family. He helped me decide on a warranty and we signed many papers. He was knowledgeable about his business and many other things. The car I drove is certified. I noticed it had a crack in the windshield on the driver’s side and Mr. Dams said he would get it replaced. When I looked at the engine, I noticed a bundle of wires coming from a sensor on the exhaust manifold that was wrapped loosely with black tape around what looked like insulation. It was a repair, so I asked Mr. Dams to get it replaced. The repair wasn’t done properly. I know my way around engines and I do my own repairs if I can. I’m waiting for the windshield and the wiring to be completed before I drive over to the dealership to drop off my trade in and drive off in the Civic. I had a pleasant experience at the dealership and will advise others to shop there. There is a team of good people who work there.
