I live approx 4 hours from this dealership, so I was wanting information and questions answered about vehicles prior to driving 8 to 10 hours round trip for a vehicle that I hadn’t pre-vetted first. I would send text or emails that they wouldn’t reply on, and they would not reach out to me by phone when I requested information. I was looking at vehicles in a radius of 1000 miles from where I live. My last new vehicle I bought was a 2022 Lincoln Aviator. This Dealership was in San Francisco. I ended up buying their vehicle over the phone while vacation in Hawaii, and had it shipped to Langley Oklahoma. They were very pleasant to work with… unlike the Mark McLarty dealership in Little Rock Arkansas.
