Markups are absurd compared to elsewhere.
$10,000 markup on 4xe Grand Cherokee. Other dealerships are selling these at discounts. Buy elsewhere and have it shipped or go to Oahu. No way should you be buying any CDJR with a markup.

This is my review...be cautious.
I purchased a used Ford Focus from Jim Falk Motors of Maui in January 2019. The car was advertised with a list of items that include am/fm radio, cd player, four speakers, and radio data system. The price was within the Kelley Blue Book value and the exterior of the car appeared to be in good shape. When I entered the car for the test drive, the AC was on full blast and when driving the car no red flags popped up. After taking the car for a test drive, I decided to put an offer on the car. The sales person ran the offer by the manager and the manager was not willing to negotiate the sale price of the vehicle. In the sales manager’s words he stated that, “we are not the bad guys here.” After some thought, I decided to make the purchase. Unfortunately, after driving off the lot I discovered that the radio didn’t work at all. I immediately drove the car back to the dealership and informed the sales person that the radio wasn’t working. She looked at it and said that “it could be a fuse or something” and that we should “contact the Ford Service because they don’t work on Ford vehicles.” So I did, I drove over to Valley Isle Ford dealership and spoke with the service manager. I explained the situation that we just purchased the car and the radio doesn’t work. An appointment was made and the service manager told us that we had to go back to Jim Falk Motors and get a due bill. We were given a due bill by the sales manager of Jim Falk Motors of Maui and I expressed how unhappy I was to just purchase the vehicle and the radio not working. The vehicle was inspected by Valley Isle Ford the following week. The service department said they weren’t quite sure what the problem was so the car was kept for another day. Upon inspection, they proposed that they needed to order a part that was under warranty and that they would order the part. After about two weeks of waiting and not hearing back, I called the service manager to inquire about the part and he said that “it was a warranty part and he has to check with the parts department and then he’ll give me a call.” He never called back so I called to check on the part again. The service manager at Valley Isle Ford said that “the part never came in and that he will check on it.” He never called back so I called multiple times and sent an e-mail to try and communicate. I left messages with the parts department as well. Then I received a voicemail from the service manager at Valley Isle Ford stating that “you may want to call the sales manager at Jim Falk Motors of Maui who originally helped me with the deal, um they actually declined the work order um where I’m not going to be able to order it for you” and then he also said that “we may look into like a secondary option of doing an aftermarket radio.” At this point, I am so frustrated and confused. I called the service manager at Valley Isle Ford and the sales manager at Jim Falk Motors two more times each and they failed to return any of my phone calls. A call was made to the Ford service department to rectify the situation. In my opinion, I am extremely displeased and I wouldn’t recommend using Jim Falk Motors of Maui sales or service.

windshield wiper pump recall.
pump was replaced, but tank that held the water was filled with some kind of glue. my window was a mess from the liquid from the container. the service rep saw what had happen and had his tech rinse it out and filled with water. i thought that corrected the problwm but it still had that glue thing still and i took it back to have the container flushed out. but the substance ruined my hood and iam unable to remove the spots on my hood

Service Jeep
Had to call four times to set up appointment to service our Jeep.. I left messages, but no one called back over three days but I did get a hold of them on the fourth day and was able to make an appointment. Service went well.

Buying with ease
Super easy to buy a car from Jim Falk. This is my second car bought from this dealership with the same salesperson Kyle. Jarren assisted initially and they both are fantastic. Service is AMAZING. Ben from the service department is outstanding. Great group of people at Jim Falk. Can?t remember the finance guy?s name but he?s awesome too.
