I really like this service department. The people in the front office are efficient and friendly ? even at 7:00a.m. My service rep, named Ryan, was great. I have an old Jeep (2001 that I purchased, used, at Jim Falk) and over the past couple of years, the Jim Falk Jeep service crew have fixed the wiring, the air conditioner, and replaced the radiator. I don't think newer Jeeps get preferential booking or treatment in the service bay. I trust this department.
