It was a Standard oil change. It seemed quick and painless until my husband and I drove home and heard a clicking noise. The sound seems to become less until the two days late the next time I drove it. The clicking sound became louder. I immediately returned to Jim Falk?s service location and I spoke to the service guy who was very polite and quick to respond to the problem. He informed me the sound was coming from the left tire bearings that were hitting the brake pad making the noise due to an unbalanced tire. Perplexed I mentioned that vehicle had been there two days ago to have the standard oil change and the service includes tire rotation which led to the problem of the left tire unbalance from when they rotated the tires. The young service man informed me the yes it is from the tire rotation but that the tire it self-needed to be balanced. He said that the service could be done right away but that I had to pay a fee of $39.00 to get the bearings balanced. I argued that this should have been dealt with the first time the service was being done. Then the young service man told me I am welcomed to take the vehicle back to where I purchased the tire from and have them do it. Not having time further my complaint or take it elsewhere I paid the fee and got the job done. I feel this is unfair because there was no noise or problem with the tire until they rotated the tires. I find this unprofessional and unsatisfying because this 2017 Jeep Renegade is less than a year old. Bought brand new in March of 2017.

Awesome Experience
I have 8 Jeep Wranglers and was able to get their recalls repaired extremely quick thanks to Ryan Miller service advisor who worked it so I could drop them off whenever I was able to. Thanks Ryan

I recently had an issue with my jeep and it needed to be repaired as it was unable to drive....Ben took very good care of me and I even added on an oil service, they finished my vehicle way before schedule and am overall more than satisfied with the service I was provided, I enjoyed the fact that they had a free tow!!!!

Service Dept at Jim Falk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
I had an appointment for my Dodge Grand Caravan on August 22, 2017 at 8:30 am. The heating element for my steering wheel would go on and off. I have a three year warranty plan which will be over on Sept 3, 2017 so when I turn in the car at 8:30 am on Tuesday (8/22/17) I asked the service rep (Ben Boteilho) if I could have my oil change and tires rotated since it was about due and I wanted it done before the warranty goes out. Anyway,, He said it could be done so I left my car. I figured it will be alittle longer because of the oil change etc...So I told him I would check back and Ben said he would call me as soon as it was done...around 12:00 I called Ben because my friend told me he saw my car was parked in a stall outside of the fenced area so I called Ben and he told me the service part was done but the technician still needed to look at the van for the problem I originally came in for..in the meantime as I was talking to Ben I was passing the Jim Falk Chrysler service area and saw my car..So Ben told me it should take about 3:30 pm..So I said okay...At 3:00 pm I decided to go to Jim Falk Chrysler service area and wait.. When I arrive I saw the technician just entering my van (I guess to work on it) so I proceeded in the office and told Ben that I saw the technician just entering my van..was he just now going to work on it???? So Ben said he would check on it and came back in a few minutes to say that they needed to order a module for the heating. He said it would take about a week to two weeks. I'm completely floored...because it took that long to give me that results (from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm) without even two minutes of looking at the car. Why wasn't I told early when the service was done that they had to order a part...Don't get it.. Now it will be a week tomorrow and still haven't heard anything..why does it take that long for the part?? take so long to get a part???
