My experience

My experience at Blasius was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially John our sales rep. He was very patient and took his time in explaining everything to us. John made us feel welcome and not rushed. I would definitely recommend. You won’t regret it.

Salesman Luis Serrano was super patient with me even though I've been to the dealership 4 or 5 times in the last couple of months. With the help from Luis I was able to get an awesome Q50 with horrible credit. Thanks again Mr Serrano

Excellent Buying Experience

This Dealership was fantastic to deal with. We traveled the 2.5 hours for a specific used vehicle and we’re not disappointed. Every aspect of the vehicle was repaired. Our Sales consultant, Jon Nowell, was excellent having the vehicle ready for purchase and delivery. I even received a lunch voucher from the Sales Manager on delivery day because I arrived earlier than planned. We’ll certainly return if we need another vehicle. They go “above & beyond” on all aspects.

Great Crew

Great bunch of guys. Jon Nowell -sales was awesome. No pushing the sales, explained everything in detail and made all attempts to get me on my price range . Nick - financing was great too. Definitely recommend Blasius South

Typical awkward used car dealership This dealership

Typical awkward used car dealership This dealership lived up to the “used car dealer” stigma. I called in advance, to set up an appointment during my lunch break, for a specific car. Made it clear that, I was not going to buy the car today, but I wanted to see it and drive it. Also referred to the fact that I had just been given the runaround from another Dealer on a similar car & that I was not in the mood for games. Was told not to worry, this was no problem, that they were different. We set up a time. Was told the car was going to be out front waiting for me, just to text him 15 minutes or so Before I arrived. Well, I did text before my arrival, and received no response. I arrived, and the car was not out front, never mind the fact that the lot is tight & has barely Any room to maneuver/park in. Walk inside and ask to speak to the person I spoke to on phone. Well he wasn’t there… was told “he would be right back”. In the mean time, some one else asked me “ what car are you here to see” …. & he brought it out For me to look it over. Well, in a way, it was good that the original sales guy blew me off, as I was able to effortlessly Review the car, an expensive $35,000 used car mind you: what did I find? Accident damage that was really badly repaired: Gaps between bumper covers and body Overspray in several areas of the car White primer (on a black car) visible under a trim piece they chose not to remove properly Gaps between hood and fenders Gaps between the front air dam pieces and front bumper….. this car was a mess. But it looked great from 10 feet away and sounded fantastic! …. Like I said I was happy the salesmen blew me off, they can keep the junk. He never did arrive and I left after spending 15 minuets of my time at the dealership. I never received a phone call or text with an apology. Sadly, they lived up to the stereo type, …..typical used car dealer Stay away.

Love the fact that we were able to take our time and not...

Love the fact that we were able to take our time and not feel rushed and pushed into a decision. Jon & Mike in sales were amazing with the amount of help provided and the finance department was very helpful and patient.

Great service

This was my first time buying a car and they made the process easy, I’ve had the car for a few months now and have not run into any problems, Vangjel Barolli was also incredibly helpful.

Best dealer we've dealt with. Professional, courteous, would absolutely recommend. Adam was great.!!!! Lots of great cars on the lot. Even fed us lunch!!! Keep up the great work.

Kudos to Blasius South for awesome treatment. Finance Manager And the Store Manager made this an amazing experience. The whole thing was painless! They helped pick out a car, finance it and we did the paperwork in no time flat!
