James cant ever remember who I am or seems not to care about its customers. He NEVER completes his jobs as requested. There is something always missing from the work order that was "missed" needing to either bring the car back or leave the car for an extra day. I am very tire of this dealership.

Flew in and purhcased a vehicle from Justin Klindt July
Flew in and purhcased a vehicle from Justin Klindt July 20, 2024 and drove it home that day. They only gave me 1 key fob and said they knew the previous owner and would get the 2nd fob. It is now January 30, 2025 and nothing. I have emailed and called this past fall and winter to keep checking because they will not follow up with me. I spoke to Justin over a week ago and he said he would call me back when he got in later that day, and nothing again. I call exactly 1 week later and no answer and no respons to my voicemail. Scott Zislen, the business manager, told me on the day I bought the car that he kneew the previous owner personally and would reach out ot get the key. I purchased this car and the missing key was not disclosed to me until I was signing the paperwork to which they told me they'd get the key. I've contacted them multiple times and tried to resolve this, but am just getting ghosted, they are the car salesman that we all don't want to deal with. They tell you what you want to hear and then don't stand behind their word and make it right. This could be an easy fix for the dealership to get a new key or an expensive fix for me to deal with a dealership where I live. My advise, shop somewhere else and spend you money with honest people.

Update: Dealer responded and said a key is ordered. Justin texted me on 1/31/25 to say he has a key ordered and asked me to remove the review. I'm sorry it had to come to a negative review to get any action. I'll update my review accordingly once this issue is resolved. As of 2/13/25 no additional updates from the dealer.
March 1, 2025 - 2nd Update - Been a month and no follow ups from anyone at the dealership. Called Justin but no answer or call back. Akron texted him and In still being ghosted. I guess they want this review removed before I get my key fob? Called the dealership and spoke to someone else about this, I'll see if they can fix what couldn't be while I've been more than patient for 8 months Final update - 3/14/2025, Justin was able to get me the spare key with it all programmed and delivered to my home.

Took a ridiculous 3 months to replace the valve body on
Took a ridiculous 3 months to replace the valve body on my Escalade. I dropped it off Oct 24, 2024 and did not get it back until Jan 27, 2025. Called Robert Farkas regularly for status. He said there were no valve body parts anywhere. He did give me a dealer loaner car, which I drove for 5 weeks during this time. I asked to escalate the problem and Robert said he had spoken to the Service Manager, but nothing could be done. I didn't get any resolution until the week of Jan 13 when I called the Service Mgr, Tony Petrone myself, and had my husband call Robert Farkas to demand a solution. since my car had been there for 2.5 months. On Jan 17, Christy Johnson, Asst. Service Manager, told me she would call General Motors directly, and said there had been no movement on the part request since the end of October. Sheehan fixed my car Fri, Jan 23rd. However, the battery was dead from sitting for 3 months, and Robert expected me to buy a new battery. I refused and told him to discuss with the Service Managers. Christy Johnson said they'd leave the battery on the charger overnight, which fix the problem. It enrages me that Service wouldn't fully charge the battery before telling me I'd have to buy a new one. I find it hard to believe that there was not one single valve body in all the world that could be located in three months until I had to start fighting for resolution. This is the third time I have brought the car in for this problem with the car shuddering and lurching forward at low speeds. In May 2024, Sheehan replaced the left and right engine mount, and five months later on Oct 9, 2024, Sheehan again replaced the left and the right engine mount. The problem was not fixed, which is why I took the car back in on Oct 24, 2024. As I was driving home from the dealership today, the car lurched forward twice at a low speed, so I will be returning the car to Sheehan tomorrow. I own two Cadillacs, but will not buy a Cadillac again. I've been a Sheehan customer for 9 years and have witnessed the steady decline in service and customer consideration as the years have gone by.

Thankyou for your feedback. Unfortunately there are still parts issues with General Motors for certain engine and transmission components that are common failures and very limited available. We a Sheehan do our best to mitigate the circumstance the best we can but we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to supply us with the correct part. Once it was completed we took multiple test drives to verify operation, but would be happy to look at your concerns.
