DANGER! Deceptive Practices! Buyer be extremely carful. I purchased two vehicles from Sheehan Cadillac after spending nearly four hours at the dealership working through the sales process. Only after investing that amount of time and moving toward finalizing the purchase was I informed that I was REQUIRED to purchase an additional $5,000 dealer package in order to complete the transaction. This package was not presented upfront and was communicated as a condition of sale rather than an optional product. At that stage of the process, after several hours at the dealership, I felt completely cornered into accepting something I never asked for simply to finish the purchase. For clarity, my sales representative Justin was professional and respectful throughout the process. The situation changed once the General Manager Mark became involved. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and it turned what should have been an exciting purchase into a very uncomfortable experience. He was even rude and disgusting in front of my 8 year-old son who asked me why i let a person speak to me that way. Consumers should be extremely cautious and confirm all dealer add-ons before beginning the purchasing process. Introducing mandatory packages late in the transaction after customers have invested hours at the dealership creates a pressured environment that undermines transparency and is 100% deceptive in nature. If you have had the same experience i highly recommend not only sharing what was done with you so others are able to find another dealer but also file compilates with all the appropriate parties.

Simple The Best ! Showroom, sales lot and all staff were of the highest standards. Sales person Tonya Smith was great. Showed knowledge of all questions and details of the automobiles that we looked at. I entered the sales lot just to look around at pre-owned CT 5s and wound up purchasing a 2026 CT5-V. The deal that Tonya got for me was so good that I could not walk away from it. My trade in allowance was most fair. I drove home 1 hour after entering the lot with my Beautiful 2026 CT5-V. The entire staff including the owner, Tom Sheehan was the most friendly and helpful of any dealership that I have ever been involved with purchasing a new automobile. Sheehan is Believing. . .

Mr. Sheehan, Scott & Mark were helpful & knowledgeable and the new vehicle checked all my boxes (year, make, model, price). Don’t hesitate to visit for quality automobiles & service.

I recently purchased a 2025 Escalade Sport Platinum and had an outstanding experience working with Scott Lynton. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was excellent at follow up and true to his word. From start to finish he delivered everything he promised and made sure every detail was taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. And I love the car!

My XT5 had an AC malfunction. The extended warranty company was reluctant to pay for a replacement. Danny Asherman convinced them to pay. His courteous and professional attitude is to be commended.
