I was looking for a reliable car that I could depend on to get me to and from work without any hassle and thats exactly what I got. I texted Jacob on a Friday night and met with him on Saturday morning. He let me take it to Goodyear who checked it out for about 10$ everything seemed to check out mechanically. We then agreed on a price and he even threw in a detail. Very happy with my purchase!

Waste of time
Complete waste of time, dealer said he could do an even trade after I sent him pics, mileage, everything. Drove 45 mins to look at a Mazda and when I got there it was sold. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me and wanted to put me into a Jeep that's windows wouldn't go down, the ABS light was on, the car was in horrible shape. They asked how much I paid for my car and once i told them all of a sudden they couldn't do an even trade because of what I paid for it?? There was another Jeep on the lot i liked and i did a credit app and they said to send a picture of my pay stub when I got it. I told them I hadn't been there long and it wouldn't be a full check they said to send it anyways. So I did, they said they needed a full check stub. I asked if they could call my work for proof of employment and just got ignored. They will tell you what you want to hear and not pay attention to what you are saying at all. COMPLETE waste of time. These people need to get their heads out of the clouds. Also, I'm sure the owner will deny everything on here, so I will be more than happy to provide screenshots of the messages through facebook, my name is above.

very unprofessional
Was very excited to go look at a vehicle and talked to the people for a few days about setting up a time. I had cash hand and was ready to buy that day. Explained to the guy I was 2 hours away and ended up showing up with a cat that the battery was dead on. OK no big deal things happen, was told tires was good but they was bald, OK that's no big deal it's used I can buy tires, then took it for a test drive and was running hot. Told the guy that it was running hot and such and was told "it never done that to me before I'll drive it and see." OK so now I'm upset because they knew I was coming could have at least went to make sure it would start. Then i was told that if he fixed it all that he would sell it to me plus a few hundred more on top of asking price. I understand things happen but when you try to sale a car have it ready expecially when you know the person is coming to look at it from out of town. Would not recommend because it's just a bunch of kids that want to try to make a dollar.

Great car for a great price!
We bought a 2006 Infinity for our daughter at a great price that was well below book. These guys were honest and fair and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Don't want a Junker
The vehicle that I stopped to look at had so many problems with it, that I said No Thanks. I ended up buying from a reputable establishment.

Worst customer service
I have never been treated poorer and had worse customer service. I purchased a vehical for my kids and upon getting it home realized that the sound system, navigation and blue tooth did not work. It was advertised with all of these options listed. My son got in the car to drive to work early in the morning and realized the lights didn't work. Spoke with the owner and he couldn't be ruder. He actually said he couldn't believe I would bother him about a stereo. He said it wasn't his problem. Refused to work with me. I would NEVER recommend his store to anyone.

Friendly and Professional
I bought a very nice car for a great price from these guys. After driving it for a day it needed repairs and they took care of the total bill...parts AND labor as a courtesy. Ive never dealt with a used car lot that would have done that, especially since it was purchased "as-is". I plan on sending my family and friends their way in the near future. Thanks guys for everything!!

I was initially attracted to this dealership because of the low prices and what I "heard" about their customer service. I dealt with two different representatives. Overall, they have good cars at great prices, but the general level of customer service is incredibly agregious. From answering the phone number listed on the website, to text messages, to communication about the buying process, it's simply terrible. The primary reason I bought a car was because I emotionally detached and knew I had a great deal on the vehicle I wanted; however, I'd like to become a long-term customer with businesses I like, and unfortunately, this location IS NOT one of them. I recommend their Beech Grove location, the experience is better and you can still find good cars at great prices. If you don't like being disrespected, neglected, and devalued as a consumer, DO NOT take your business here.
