Won't back their product
I bought a car from them and 4 days later it broke down with $1400 repair. I ask them to try to help make it right , splitting the cost. They said, "I'm sorry, I can't lose money on this car." Apparently it's okay for the customer to lose money. Very disappointed.

A Great car buying experience!
Jacob Scott the sales person was very pleasant, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. Also, the gentleman doing the titling and paperwork got us out very quickly, after a very easy purchasing process. This place is recommended highly as a quality car dealer.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
I would never recommend a business like this to ANYONE. The salesman was a complete flake. Vehicle was already sold when I arrived. A simple text would have done. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Good experience
Jacob and Caleb hustled to take care of us. Held the car for me to drive 4 hours to get there. All u complainers don’t live in the real world. It’s a used car!

Dont ever buy from this dealership ever
RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Purchased a vehicle from this place and day one the key fob didnt work for the car. And the battery was drained. The car was a total electric car. So from the beginning you would've thought that the battery was charged and the key fob would've been working. To start a car you will need a working battery and also a working key or key fob correct? Well neither of those were working. So the sales person advised me to take the key fob to the dealership and see if they could replace the battery. So I did so. When Nissan opened up the key fob there was a lot of gook that was inside of the key fob which caused the key fob not to work from the beginning. Also when I pulled off of the lot the car died on me and I had to have the car towed home day one. I attempted to work with Josh the owner who just got smart with me and blew me off. And then I was handed over to his partner Scott. After speaking with Scott he advised me to take the vehicle to Nissan to see if they will be able to give me a new battery due to Nissan having a thing with electric cars if there batteries were not operable they would potentially replace the battery. Well Nissan advised me that they would never replace a battery for that car because of the battery being tampered with by one of there techs at Auto Nerd. All of the money such as the towing fees and etc has never been refunded back too me. All that I got from the guys at this lot is that there Christians and they serve God and etc etc. All they have ever done for me is talk a good Christian game. But they never have lived by a wholesome Christian life. Christians don't cheat people out of there money. And again God will take care of this matter personally. But people there are other car lots that will treat and sell you a very nice vehicle but stay away from these people at all costs. They are false prophets to say the leaste.

Dont buy a car from these scammers
I got a car from these guys on may 4th. It broke down less than an hour later. They put a "bandaid" on it. To get me home. Now its one big lemon. They were rude. And lied. Be cautious. Spend elsewhere

didnt tell us only 1 copy of key until the end
excellent price, good warranty, good service except at the end of the transaction they only gave us 1 key and did not tell us there was only 1 copy of the key until the end after paperwork was signed and we were rushed out the door

Used car purchase review
I bought a used grand prix. My salesman was Dusty Rose. He was excellent. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a car. They are taking care of a minor problem included in the very reasonably priced car.
