Jaxon told me the car I got was in a fender bender he flat out lied. The car in a full car accident and they put it back together so horribly, I took it to the dealership and they said the car has serious issues, what xxxx bags they are at ez keys/auto imports don’t trust them do your research please

Highly recommended dealer, huge selection of cars available! Prices were great, COVID-19 friendly, clean office, and helpful staff. Definitely will recommend (second car purchased from here)

Let’s just say “buying” a car from them was the worst decision I’ve ever made.I pray for jay alex and yuri because they do some much wrong and illegal things to people I’m sure domes day is doin for them and their entire fraud of a company.

I bought a lemon. They Reset the gages on the vehicle. The check engine light came on 5 miles away from the dealership. At this time I have put over $7000 into the car, And they are telling me there is nothing they can or will do. I'm in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Please note I have receipts in statements from this dealership where they have made promises. And excuses. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone... The only way you can talk to the manager is if you drive up there and deal with him face-to-face other than that he will hide behind his accent and pretend that he is not there.

These people are very dishonest and unprofessional. First off when I bought the car they shipped it to the address. The discrepancies I asked to get get fixed were still there present. The car was completely falling apart after a month of having it. Do not believe a word of what they say or say they have do e to repair your car.

These guys are dishonest; there's no truth in their mouth. They actually knew the 2011 ford edge limited i bought from them had water leaking from somewhere under the carpets but they covered it up and sprayed freshner everywhere..told me it was perfect, no issues. I took it back to them and all they did was to only attempt to dry up the carpet and not fixing the problem. I got it back and still has the water soaking up the carpets even without rains. I am distraught because I got loans to buy this crap for crying out loud. Laws should be updated about this "AS IS" Please I vehemently imploy you to avoid this dealer.
