Although I didn't buy a car from Auto Imports, I did speak to a salesman a couple of times. After traveling 3 hours round trip to see a car at a different dealership that 'had no dings or scratches', and then seeing the car in person looking as though someone had sideswiped it, I was wary of what someone would relay over the phone. But, the Salesman I spoke to, Fred, was very thorough....he called me back and when I asked about the condition of the paint, he walked around the entire car while he was talking to me on the phone, and told me about each mark on the car. I appreciated that!

I purchased a vehicle and they were very nice during the process. I took the vehicle home and had a small problem the next morning. I talked to the salesman and he said leet me talk to my manager and the line hung up. They would not take calls after that.
