I purchased a 2025 Mazda 3 premium today.

I purchased a 2025 Mazda 3 premium today. Everyone treated me wonderfully. My sales person Andrea was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process was smooth and fast. Hodges Mazda is a superior dealership to do business with. Thank you guys!!

I’ll start off my saying I love my new car but very much

I’ll start off my saying I love my new car but very much wish I had gone to another dealership. Hodges Mazda changed the previously negotiated sales price AND trade in value on my final paperwork and I was a fool that didn’t thoroughly review the details at signing. I was naïve to believe it was as we had agreed and feel as though I was likely purposefully distracted by conversation and pushy sales tactics during signing. I’m frustrated walking away from this experience feeling deceived but even more so disappointed in the lack of follow up or concern from their team to explain their discrepancies. Both myself and the dealership (admittedly) have the documentation outlining the original negotiated values. I’ve made multiple phone calls and emails over the last 6 weeks kindly asking only for an explanation but have been avoided and left with no answers. I don’t like to be someone to complain and I recognize my stupidity but I do want to warn others about this practice and kind of service.

Sold a vehicle without the title!

Sold me a vehicle on Sept 22. I cannot drive it. They have not provided me with the title. Will not return phone calls! Seems like a very sketchy way of doing business.

Horrible customer service

Extremely frustrating to deal with after the sale closes due to issues they created. I wish I never bought my car from this dealership. Don't waste your money on the service package as the service department NEVER answers the phone and my service light is on with only 2,000 miles driven. And you will not be provided any additional information on what is covered. Buyer beware!!!!

Scam with lease

I leased a 2019 cx5 in 2019. In 2023 when my lease was up I returned to Hodges mazda in hopes to re lease with them. My buy purchase value was around $17,500, I only had about 32,000 miles on the car. When I met with sales, Scotty let me know the value of my car would be even at the 17,500, although the sale of the car was estimated to be around $26,000 on Kelly blue book, meaning I would not get any money back. With the car being in good condition, I was baffled. The manager proceed to meet with me and let me know they would be lucky to get $17,000 at an auction. Both conversations were very demeaning and uncomfortable. Following that visit, I went to carmax where I was given an offer of $24,000 for the car, meaning I would get about $5000 dollars back. I felt very much scammed by the entire process and the neglect for honesty.

Don't get screwed

I purchased a vehicle with the qualification that they install a trailer hitch, which they charged me for. No wiring harness was installed so the hitch was useless. after I received the vehicle the water pump went out. Then the mass airflow and camshaft sensors went out and Hodges Mazda refused to fix it or make it right on any of these issues. I would not recommend doing business with these scoundrels.

Ryan Blawn

Although I did not get the Honda odyssey my heart was set on , the experience was phenomenal . I was comfortable and Ryan Blawn did everything in his power to assist me. Although approved the payment plan just wasn't a good fit for me. The customer service provided was white glove service. Although I'm a mom looking to get a vehicle to fit myself and children comfortably , I now have a new knowledge on Mazdas, and will definitely recommend Mazda at the avenues to anyone searching for reliable and honest service. Thank you Ryan for the time spent and the great discussions we had. It was a blessing.

Great Service Department - 5 Stars Plus

Great service from the service advisor to the mechanic to the service manager. Very impressed with Joe Aralar and Vincent Rafael in the service department. 5 Star Rating well deserved and earned.
