Loved my experience with my sales lady Luisa, she was patient and ambitious on finding my car. She never made me feel rushed, I test drove multiple models and was very specific on what color I wanted. She went out of her way to find the exact model and colors. I was in between two cars at two different dealerships but went with Mazda because of her. I love my car.

Very efficient service and competent on the service I needed. They even have my warranty information on hand.

The service performed was good, however, I asked for a tire rotation which they did not do. They said the tires were bad so 'no point'. On the evaluation sheet it said the tires were acceptable. The reality is two of the tires are in very good condition with the other two still in usable condition. I ended up rotating them at home, which wasn't easy and left me a bit upset.

Mr Chief was awesome everything went so smoothly explained everything from A to Z about my car I love my car I give him 10 Stars also the finance guy I can’t remember his name but he was awesome too he gets 10 stars too he explained everything from A to Z Mazda team rocks and I thank my nephew Cornell Osorio for sending me in the right direction for the second time again Mazda has a great team I like how everybody works together ❤️❤️❤️

Pretty easy buying experience. Chief was great and helped me figure out all the crazy features. Chris in finance cut through the xx and we figured out quick what was needed and not. 10/10 would recommend.
