Great Sales team and experience.

I really enjoyed my buying experience with Jason and James at Hodges Mazda. With my busy schedule, they made it easy to discuss details via text message and then finish things up at the dealership. They were equally kind to my son that we brought along, letting him play the PS4 while we finished up with Kevin the finance guy. I'm thrilled with my new car purchase.

Fun Experience

Nice dealership with a convenient location. Will soon be called Hodges Mazda. Jorgos did a great job helping me throughout the buying process. Chris in the finance department was awesome to work with as well.

Happy LizzieK from Jacksonville.

Very customer service oriented. Everyone I came in contact with during the purchase was pleasant, gracious, and seemed to thoroughly enjoy what they're doing...from my salesman, Luis, to his supervisor, to the manager! And Chris, the Finance Manager, made the $$ process, while not easy signing your name 25 times, at least manageable explaining the details and offering options/choices in several areas. And was pleased to learn that Duval Mazda is a family owned dealership, having just recently reached their 100th anniversary! Have already recommended them to friends and family, and will continue to do so! Prefer buying from small (family) businesses whenever possible!!

2016 Mazda CX9 Purchase Experience Nov 10, 2016

A most comfortable (and enjoyable) new car purchase experience starting with our arrival thru delivery. The people here really care and work in a genuine way to earn your business. Great facilities (New Car Sales and Service Departments) add to the buying experience as well.

Light damage on body scratch repair

I lightly side swiped in a parking lot with another vehicle as I was parking my 3 month old brand new 2016 Mazda CX-5. I was really upset no damage to the other vehicle but I had some scratches and headlight took a light beating. I called Duval Mazda at the Avenues and spoke with James Saale the general manager and he was very compassionate of my issue. James said we will be glad to help! asked me to stop by that following Tuesday. So I brought my car in. James and I went to look at the damage. James took notes of the damage and was very detailed of what he saw and what was needed to make this beautiful car look Brand New again. After all the survace body work was done James made sure that the repairs were flawless. The shop did a wonderful job! James as well as the rest of his staff was very courteous. The customer service was so excellent I felt like a VIP! If your interested in a new Mazda or a used car please go visit the staff at Mazda at the Avenues. Top Notch Dealership!
