Diana is probably the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. She listened intently at our needs and requests and came back with solutions for every one. We had our car personally delivered by her and she took us through the entire cars features. I would absolutely buy a car from her again.

I drive about 30k miles/year so I usually buy a 2 year old used car and drive it into the ground for 3 years. I purchase big sedans because at some point I'm going to get into an accident and I want a decent shot at winning when I do. I scoured the internet to find a 2016 BMW 750I and came across one from Astorg. Their price was very competitive so I gave them a call. Steven and Tyler could not have been more helpful, genuine, and honest. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and we came to an agreement on the price of their vehicle. The deal was painless which is rare when buying a used car. Then comes the best part. I live about 5 hours from their dealership and Tyler/Steven recommended that we meet half way! I couldn't believe that they even offered to do this. Their commitment to the customer is unparalleled. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and this was the best experience yet. Cheers to Steven and Tyler for making the transaction extremely efficient and fair. The next time I'm in the market for a car I will check their inventory first.

Great customer service. Bought a certified preowned Mercedes. Got it home and didn’t care for it. Took it back under the preowned return warranty. I was expecting a hassle about returning the car but surprisingly there was none. The salesman, Steve Reese, was very helpful. He showed us more preowned vehicles. We left the dealership with another Mercedes I would highly recommend this dealership and this sales representative. The manager was also extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Only good things to say about our sales person manager and dealership.

We drove four hours to Astorg in Charleston for our first Mercedes. Together with Astorg's upfront fair price, Steven's helpfulness and full and clear responses were overriding factors in choosing to go on a family day trip instead of choosing a closer dealer. The only question was trading in our Audi Q5 to transition to a Mercedes. Steven and Larry helped us both to arrive at a fair deal we were happy to close. The hardest part of the day was the nighttime ride home with worn out kids. We'd be more than happy to come back to Astorg again.
