Visiting high end dealerships can feel "stuffy" however Diana was so down to earth but still professional. She not only "made" the deal but took it a step further to assure how we will be taken care of us afterwards as well. True customer service all the way through!

John Brown was an excellent salesman who did a wonderful job selling and delivering my car to me at work. My previous car was taken off on a tow truck and I didn’t have to worry about transportation to get my new car. He did a thorough job of explaining the numerous features of the S90 I had purchased. He made sure that my Volvo on Call was set up before he left. He walked the help desk through what was wrong with the set up and I didn’t have to do anything but say “Hello” to the representative.
