Service and management are shockingly rude
Reside 2 hours away from dealership so planning car servicing is key. Needed car serviced which included oil change, windshield wipers and engine filter. Service department called me 3 hours post appt time to inform me of my service estimate which was $637 for what was mentioned above. Service rep referred to me as "original owner" indicating i already had 4 services on car and i was the new car owner and this was my first service there. Hence, the rep had no idea of my customer name. Followed this call up by speaking to Tyler Astorg who was apologetic and said he would follow up on the matter of my car being so behind on time as well as remind the service department that my key fobs needed repaired as my Mercedes was "not detecting keys" while they were in car. I never did get a call back from Tyler as he indicated. I did receive a call back within 30 min that my car was ready. I asked what service they completed in that short amount of time and it was simply the oil change. I explained that i assumed that Tyler following up with them would mean my entire service would be completed quickly, not just the oil change. The manager of this department said he knew nothing about that and wouldn't even have time to follow up with the remaining service. I asked if my keys were fixed and he confirmed that they were. Needless to say, the keys still don't work! I followed up with the service manager and Tyler Astorg for solution. Tyler Astorg literally called me back (i believe he may be around 23 years old,) and said they wouldn't be able to meet my expectations and recommended i go elsewhere for service which i had already made that decision before this arrogant young person made the suggestion. If honesty, follow through and promptness are things you strive for, search elsewhere! They will be awesome during the car buying process but condescending, unprofessional and entitled post sale! Make the drive somewhere else! ** the valet drivers are the best thing about Astorg if that's what's most important on you car purchase! They are wonderful!

My wife & I recently purchased a 2021 GLC 300 coupe. We seen it on line & done the entire transaction through Steven Reece. We was very specific about what we wanted. Steven made us feel at ease with our purchase. He was personable & knowledgeable, answering all of our concerns. We drove 3 hrs to pick up the vehicle & when we got there Steve had flowers for my wife & a big reveal on the showroom floor. This car was for my wife & she was very excited. The car is everything we thought it to be & moore. She is a benz lady for life, & Steve is our rep.
