I by chance stopped by to look at a vehicle I saw when passing the dealership last week, I was there only a few minutes before Cali came out, introduced herself and shook my hand, which to me, speaks volumes. I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience just from that interaction!! I hadn’t actually planned on making a purchase but Cali still took the time to show me the vehicle and discuss the numbers with me, she was extremely pleasant and professional and through our conversation found we had a lot in common. Long story short, I drove home in my gorgeous new 2018 Chevy Malibu and the funny thing, it’s not even the vehicle I saw from the street!! Cali actually pointed it out to me and advised with was the least expensive of the two, and to be honest, the more appealing. The process was quick and easy, and, thanks to the powers that be, who were able to afford me the monthly payment that was within my budget!! WIN/WIN, right??!!! I strayed from Chevy for about a year, which was a super big mistake, but I’m back and I’m never leaving again. I will most certainly recommend Gettel Chevy, and Cali, to my friends and family. Thank you SO much for helping me find and purchase this fantastic vehicle and for being such a pleasure to work with, all of you, I thank you again!! Extra thank you to Michael Smith in the finance department, we did it!!!

I worked with Keith on turning in my lease. He listened to exactly what I wanted to do and did everything he could to make it work out. Mike in Finance also made things easy. Both worked to get me the payment I wanted with the vehicle I wanted. No games, just friendly, hard working people that are honestly willing to help!

Great attention to detail in the Service Department.

Great attention to detail in the Service Department. My Buick had an oil change, tire rotation and detail. The service technicians never fail me. My questions are always answered when I check in and before I leave, and my suv looked like new. I highly recommend!
