My experience with every visit has been the same. My vehicle is at the dealership for a few days, sometimes over a week and it often is not repaired. I left the dealership yesterday and broke down this morning in Fort Myers. I took my truck to Dixie Buick and they have figured out what is wrong, ordered parts, and I will come back to them when parts arrive. I also used your collision shop for repairs that took 31 days to repair. The work is lees than marginal. Primer overspray on 16” of the rocker panel. Extremely disappointed.

Salesman Keith was a pleasure to work with. I was a bit disappointed in the “thorough” inspection that every used car gets and is charged $1495 to the buyer. The AC Leaked which could visibly be seen with the hood open. Then the transmission went out. Keith stayed on top of the service department and worked with his superiors to find an acceptable solution. While it took a little longer to make happen as I was without a vehicle for 4 days Keith kept on and got me into something else as fast as he could. So I’m not super impressed with the service department but I am super impressed with the great salesman I had. Thank you Keith!
