My only complaint I wasn't given the payment amount and

My only complaint I wasn't given the payment amount and interest rate until late in the deal. I would like the window sticker. Nobody showed us how to use vehicle. However it was late each day, so it's understandable. We had issues in our credit. The staff worked thru it. They did give me what my trade was worth, I believe that's why the deal went through. Keith and Andrew were excellent. Keith worked tirelessly and always answered his cell. I'm a tough cell, he realized this and worked with me.

Customer for life! Car buying is like the Wild West these days… except at Gettel Chevy in Punta Gorda. Brandon made us feel at ease right away and helped us find the perfect car that day. No tricks and no added costs… just a friendly and extremely helpful team. 5 stars!

Do not agree with the $178 charge to have a technician

Do not agree with the $178 charge to have a technician confirm the problem which was already identified by the car system itself. I think that charge is a rip off. Over $300 to replace a tire sensor is totally shameful.
