Terrific
Overall experience with this dealership was terrific because of the salesman named "JD". He answered all our questions and if we saw something that needed to be fixed he said he would take care of it (which he did). The only issue which I think the dealership should change was as there was no warranty on the car, I asked if we could have time to have the car looked at by our mechanic to make sure there were no issues. JD went back to management and we were told we had 24hrs. That is not enough time to get an appointment with a mechanic and I think they should have at least given one week. I did not push the issue and hope all will be well with the car. So far it has been and we are happy with our purchase. Not sure who prepared the car for our ownership but the car was spotless when we left with it.

Mixed review
The positive part of the experience was working with JD. He takes a “no pressure “ approach when selling cars, which works for me. So if you decide to visit the showroom make sure you ask for JD. The other part of my car buying experience was not as pleasant, there turned out to be some major issues with the cars exhaust system. I spoke directly to the mechanic the day that I was getting the car and he said everything looked good. However, I had to take it to a mechanic the very next day and the flex pipe was literally broken in half along with two other spots that had exhaust leaks. $400.00 later....lesson learned. it also took 3 weeks to get the title. Other than that, I DO like my convertible and can’t wait till summer.

One of the best car buying experiences ever
I made contact with several salesmen but it was JD who actually helped me with one of the fastest car buying experiences ever. I got there and JD asked me my price point and showed me the perfect car. We went for a test drive, had a little chat and I was signed my documents and disclaimers. In about an hours time I was driving away in a my brand new car. Thank you so much JD. You were an absolute sweetheart.

Bride Auto group sucks
Went to buy a car for my wife and myself and a week and a half later received a phone call from owner saying that we were given the wrong car and he was gonna call the cops and report the car stolen. A bunch of xxxxxxxx work there running around trying to hustle people. I will never come back..

Terrible!!!! Beware!!!
Bought a 2005 GMC Canyon in February. After leaving the lot and a month later, have had to replace all the tires, the water pump, and struts. It’s cost me nearly half of the purchase. Contacted owner several times and either gave me the runaround or completely blew me off. Don’t buy here. Supper shady.
