Had to fix this lemon twice in first 3 mths of buying it

This car is giving me nothing but problems. Had to put out extra $2000 on top of what I paid for it. Only had it for a few mths! Buyer Beware of this place! So pissed!

Great place

Good people, professional and helpful. Sales staff in particular was very friendly. If you can, ask for Carlo, guy helped me a lot and made the car buying experience very neat and easy.

Great if you buy a car.

Was very nice and helpful at first. But getting him to return a call was impossible. When I wanted my deposit back took two week and numerous calls. Finally spoke with Eve (receptionist) had my check in less the 24 hrs. Thanks Eve. Ken not so much.

Worst experience of my adult life

I hate writing negative reviews, but Bridge Auto may have been the worst thing to happen to me in my adult life. I bought a car through them with a 3rd party warranty on 11/15/18. The transmission was blown by 1/4/19 (my birthday no less). Took it to mechanics to find the car was serviced with the wrong transmission fluid, which voided my warranty. Their negligence allowed them to sell a doomed car to a good faith consumer. Not only does this car need a new $4,000 transmission, but there was $3,000 of other damage to the car. All told this was doubled the value of the car. I offered the chance to do right by me, and they couldn’t care any less. No remorse, no help - nothing. They singlehandedly set my life back 2-3 years.

Honest answers to our questions

We were promptly greeted by Carlo S. who was familiar with all of the features and history of the car. We went for a ride, went through some details and bought the car. The transaction was upfront, honest with none of the games that can go along with big purchases. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman.

Great Dealorship !!

Just purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion A very clean Auto It is obvious they only take the cream of the crop for inventory Desmond was my knowledgeable salesman Mel Gutierrez did all that was possible to ensure a great relationship with me He is honest and caring Rare attributes in this business. My wife and I had been traumatized the last 3 months from all the expensive repairs needed for our previous vehicle. We searched all over, stopped at a few dealerships, and were met with a runaround. We saw that Bridge Auto had a few vehicles that met our criteria. We were taken great care of by Carlo Spaccarotelli , a very nice guy who took the time to explain everything to us. Come to find out we have quite a few things in common with our personal lives. He never felt like a stranger. We appreciated his attention to detail. It was an overall stress free experience especially compared to the other dealerships we went to. Great job Carlo and thank you very much! Stay blessed!

First time buyer

Just bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu and the car is great and the costumer service was great. Had a rotor problem and they fixed it right away. No hidden fees, very honest.
