When you sell a car you bought from them, they won’t return your call to send back balance of extended warranties they sell you. They just ignore your request. I believe they are extremely unprofessional.

Actual process to purchase a car went well but they didn’t get the appropriate lien release paperwork from the prior owners when they purchased the car to resale. Asked them for help to get the paperwork and Blake and team have gone MIA.
