Brock was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about each of multiple brands brands and the trade offs among them, very accessible during the couple of weeks I was testing various vehicles and efficient with the signing. He even went above and beyond to come in before his shift to manage final sale. Location was clean and others were friendly and loved having multiple brands to try.

My daughter and I worked with John Stetzer, who sent us some choices before we got there, allowed us plenty of time to drive the cars, and my daughter bought her first car. Easy, smooth experience. Highly recommend working with John S.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Tom in the service dept. was great. I did wait for my car in your lounge area and the work was done in a reasonable time. Good explanation of the service performed prior to my paying. I'll probably buy another car from you guys when its time.

I was new to Carshop and didn’t know what to expect. John Stetzer was great ! He explained the process to me from start to finish, no hassle , kept me in the loop daily and was pleasant to work with. I’d definitely recommend John S and Carshop .

I purchased a 2017 BMW 540 from Car Shop about two weeks ago and ended up with a series of issues with the car that should have been caught before the sale took place. Even the finance staff made me go back a second time because they had forgot to ask me for signature on two separate documents. Jeff Reifsnyder was the sales person I dealt with and although he was nice and willing to assist me, he was also eager to make the sale. After the sale was completed, Car Shop had committed to repair the rear plastic pan that sagged under the rear bumper. After only a few days owning the car, I noticed that the car had no coolant in the reservoir. I immediately called Jeff and explained the situation and sent over a few pictures. He said not to worry as they would top it off. The issue here is that the coolant reservoir was empty and this could be a severe issue if the car had been driven without coolant and started to overheat. Car Shop are supposed to go through a rigorous multipoint inspection prior to selling cars to customer. Obviously this step had been skipped, along with how many others,...? After I went to an actual BMW dealership who topped off the coolant, I started to notice puddles of coolant on my garage floor each time I took the car out. Again I called Jeff as he was my point of contact, then he was no help and was left to battle this with their service department. As for service, this is the WORST service experience taking my car here. The car tech do not check their work and caused me to return for repair of the same thing I came in the first place. In addition, I have light beige leather seats and each time the car was in for service I had to clean large greasy handprints on the door, seat, and center console. If I could post pictures with my review I would. They do not care at all and no apologies either. Real pigs if you ask me. I’m never returning here ever. Not what I expected after paying $35,000 for a used vehicle, I expected better service and at least some professional ethics from the service department.

Purchasing a mini cooper countryman at Carshop Chester springs was a good experience. Jeff was very helpful and provided me with very good service, loan/financial information, warranty and answered mt questions.

John S made this no haggle, best price process absolutely fantastic. I'll never buy a car the old way again! No pressure, no hard sell vibes just a smooth simplistic deal. I'll be back.

The service provided by Greg L started prior to us arriving at the Chester Springs location. He was texting me info that prepared us for a smooth and easy purchase. Everyone in the showroom was pleasant and the young man reviewing the final paperwork with us was very thorough. One of the best car purchasing experiences ever. Five star all the way.
