The people at Car Shop have a way of making you feel special. They try to save you money by offering another way to solve your problems. Their workmanship is suburb. I would recommend my family members to have their work done there.

I bought a used Kia a Sportage from Chester Springs on 6/17/22 but now I find out that by Winter Time I'm going to need new tires !! Not happy about that ? And wen I had to get the information needed from them about the car in order to provide full coverage for pick up I was given the wrong year of my car ,it wasn't until I received the Registration Card from Chester Springs in the mail that I saw that it was actually a 2018 Kia Sportage instead of a 2017 Kia Sportage that I had bought . I was Not shown how to use anything with the car either .I love my Kia Sportage but don't think it's Right that you buy a car and then a few months later have to buy tires for it !!!

From scheduling to pickup very good experience. Service department very specific on maintenance needs for inspection and those that are on the horizon for my high mileage auto. Very professional. Thanks!

Last Friday, I walked from the service dept at the Car Shop Chester Springs site to the sales dept at the other end of the building once I learned the headgasket was going in my long-lived PRIUS C - which, btw, I had purchased from and had serviced at this same business-though it was called Car Sense then. Salesperson Landon Tilley was my hero in finding the right car with the right financing for me and later that afternoon, I drove home in a Subaru Impreza - that I have been happily toodling around in the past few days. For the time I had the Prius, I found the service department excellent and dependable and I plan to continue having my Impreza serviced at this site.

Car Shop did a terrific maintenance/inspection job on my 2017 Honda CRV. Runs like new car!

Alex Schwab was amazing! He went above and beyond for me. He was always readily available, quick to respond to any of my questions. He made the process super easy, it didn't even feel like I was buying a car. It just felt like having conversation with a friend. He knew I was naming my jeep Sonic and upon the arrival of my jeep, there was a Sonic stuffed animal in the back. The delivery driver was super kind as well and very professional. He was well organized and made the paper signing easy and quick. I would highly recommend CarShop and especially Alex Schwab. Thank you for such an incredible experience!
