Great experience start to finish
I reached out to CarSense in Hatfield via email on a Sunday requesting a test drive for the next day. I was texted by Aaron Ziegler Monday morning introducing himself and offering any assistance. We arranged to meet at 10:30 am and as promised he had my 2015 Chrysler 200s pulled up and looking great. I got to take the car out with my father in law and it runs great. Aaron then explained the entire process and was able to answer ever question we had. I left today the new owner of that beautiful car thanks to him!! Truly a great representation of customer service. I’m going to be back for any future needs.

Very good
I am not sure what else you could expect from the dealer. Great service, knowledgable, responsive, etc. This is my fourth car from car sense and the service is always superior. I come back because I get what I need. What else can I say, ill be back the next time I need a car.

Great experience
Love the car we purchased a 2018 Toyota Camery. Did not know what type of car we wanted so our salesman Mike Moffa showed us several different makes and models. There was no pressure to buy what was on their lot and Mike had one delivered from another location for us to look at. I would recommend Mike Moffa

Very helpful right from beginning. Even brought a vehicle we had been speaking about over from another Carsense dealer (which turned out to be the one we purchased). Helpful all around despite being VERY busy on a Saturday. We feel that we got personal attention despite that.

I am a 23 year old who was looking for his first car to be purchased and walked into the doors at car sense and was lucky enough to be greeted by Mike. He took his time with no pressure added on me to find a car that was right for me. He worked with me even through holidays to make sure I was satisfied with my car. Mike made the process of buying a car simple, stress free, and even enjoyable. I would recommend Car sense to everyone looking for a new car, and hopefully you work with a guy like Mike as well.

Honda CRV was in an accident, they hid that part
“No dings, no dents, no scratches...only accidents.” We purchased our 2 year old CRV from Carsense and received an “ auto report” which didn’t show any accidents. I even specifically asked the salesman if the vehicle had been in an accident and he no,and bold face lied to my face and told me they didn’t do business that way. When our family grew a few years later we went to trade the vehicle in on a Pilot only to find out that we would get thousands of dollars less because the car fax showed an accident. Will never conduct business here again, stay away, lesson learned.

They sold me a car that was in an accident
Their “auto trader” report didn’t show an accident but when I went to trade the vehicle in the car fax did. I’ll let you decide if they knew about the accident when selling me the vehicle but I personally believe it would be naive to think they didn’t know. “No dings, dents, or scratches, only accidents.”

Torie was very helpful and honest on my recent truck purchase. There is no pressure from sales staff and the pricing was very transparent. I was given what I believe to be a fair value on my trade.

Second time back and not my Last
My salesman was Ethan Bell. He sold my daughter Megan Gray her Honda Civic. He was so helpful with my daughter that we decided to go back to CarSense. Again requesting Ethan Bell. Once again it was a real pleasure dealing with him. He wasn’t pushy and never talked us into something we couldn’t handle. We will definitely be back and asking for Ethan again.
