I had a fantastic experience at CarSense Hatfield. Aaron Ziegler was extremely helpful during the entire process. This was my first time purchasing a car and I was concerned about the amount of time I’d spend in the dealership purchasing a vehicle as well as someone trying to sell me additional things that I did not want. 

I was able to test drive 2017 Hyundai Tucson solo and the car was amazing and exactly what I was looking for. With Aaron’s expert help and the assistance of the entire staff, I spent a little less than 2 hours finalizing everything. I’ve had the car for almost two months and I have no regrets about my purchase. I highly recommend checking out CarSense Hatfield if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!

Car Sense is always a smooth and easy process, with friendly employees willing to help and answer questions but also not pressure you into anything. Keith was great to work with, quick, friendly and professional. I'm sure I'll be back again next time I need to buy a car.

Purchased a 3 yr old SUV w less than 30k miles. Within 10 weeks, had it in the shop 3 times - was left stranded 60 miles away, 2 problems were short term fixed so had to go to another shop and actually have repaired. Had to buy new tires (mine had 1.5secs over state minimum and they wouldn’t replace them under their 6k/6 mo warranty saying they’ll last me another year!) and battery within first 2 months. They don’t replace anything to maintain the car if it passes an extremely low standard and will just tell you it’s above state minimum or that it’s normal for your mileage. Don’t trust their pre-purchase “vigorous” inspection - for instance, the alignment inspection is just one of the mechanics taking the car on a back road and judging if it veers to one side. The place is a joke and what you save in purchase price you’ll pay in fees & repairs after, so buyer beware! If you do find the deal you’re looking for, ask for all inspection specs to be printed out for you and fine-comb through it cause they will distract you in every way about the different crap they offer to avoid talking about the car itself and what they’re hiding!
