Best experience ever! Michael Moffa is amazing!
To say that we will be telling everyone we know looking for a car to contact CarShop, specifically Michael Moffa, is an understatement. Michael was kind, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to get things to work for us and our budget. He went above and beyond, at one point even kneeling down next to our new minivan with a cloth to make sure everything was dry from the detailing before we took it home. You cannot ask for a better experience than with Michael Moffa and CarShop of Hatfield!

Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle online. All staff were very responsive, understanding, non confrontational and genuinely cared about how I wanted to purchase. The vehicle that was delivered to me fit the description and drives perfectly. Very happy. Thank you carshop for being a couple steps above the competition. What a wonderful experience! I picked the car that was all i wanted and it was already priced right, was given a very good price on my trade and it was a no pressure or stress deal. Easy in and out process and they went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle i purchased was pristine!

The car shop is a Scam
I bought a Audi Q5 in November 2022 after one week my oil light came on I phone them and they told me to bring the car in they looked at and told me they cant”t find any oil leaks they fill the oil up then after 5 days the oil light cam back on I phone them up they told me to bring the car back so I did they keeper the car for. Two days and told me they can’t find any oil leak so I picked the car up and every few days I sent them a picture of the oil level going down and then the oil light cam back up so I phone them and they told me to bring the car in after 2 hours they told me there is oil leak in the intake and going to the turbo and the have to send the car to Audi after one week they told me I have to pay half of the cost I had 3 months 3000 miles Power Train Warranty I told them they told me every one one has different warranty put when you look up online they all tell you the oil leak in under the warranty. The Manager at this shop is running a Scam for me to pay.

poor vehicle service
Hello, I bought a 2nd car from Carshop hatfield in Feb 2022. After I inspected the vehicle, I noticed it had a small oil leak and they reassured me that it would be taken care of. After having the vehicle for a few days, I noticed it was still leaking oil. They were happy to take another look and they changed another gasket. I got the vehicle back and after a week or so, I noticed it was still leaking oil. They serviced it for the 3rd time and explained to me that the oil pan gasket was leaking. Now, 9,000 miles later, I am still losing oil... It looks like the oil pan gasket still leaking.. Hopefully they make this right.

On 4/29/22 we bought our 4th car here. Had always been happy with them. We bought a 2015 Buick Verano with 31,000 miles for abt $22,000. In Aug. A coolant temp sensor went, $198. In Sept, an Intake Cam Actuator Solenoid went, $297. The car shut down in the city. I had to scream to get them to tow the car to their shop. We rented a car for 3 days, $150 total. We have put abt 3000 miles on it since we bought it. Car Shop refuses to reimburse us anything saying, they paid for the towing & we should have bought the extended warranty (we didn't since low milege). They have on their web site all the things they check before selling a car, really?? Sadly, this is not the customer oriented co it used to be! If you treat good customers like this., how do you treat a 1 time buyer? We are buying 2 new cars in the future, for sure not using Car Shop again.

I drove to six different local dealerships in one day to sell my vehicle. My experience with Steven Massey from the CarShop dealership was a stark contrast to the other dealerships I visited that day. Steve was relaxed in his approach, friendly, accommodating, straightforward, and helpful. Notably, he assessed the vehicle I was selling and offered the price I was looking for, without me asking. No other dealership could compete with the offer Steven gave me for the vehicle. You won't get that aggressive/manipulative car salesman experience if you ask for Steven Massey from CarShop.
