Once again a great experience with our saleswomen

I took my 2019 Audi A4 in for it's 40K mile service...

I took my 2019 Audi A4 in for it's 40K mile service inspection, and was charged $1182.50. I felt this was high, so I called the Audi dealership where I bought the car (different from this one), and was given an internal service quote stating that this inspection should cost only $795.13. Why was mine so high you ask? Labor. This service department doesn't disclose on your receipt the labor hours it took them, and on the internal quote I received, it states this inspection should take exactly 4.05 hours. Now, I understand dealerships, given their location, can charge differently per hour for service, and I have taken this into account, but Byers Imports apparently took two hours longer to do the same job than a fellow Audi dealership within Ohio. The service manager confirmed with me it took them six hours over the phone when I called in to address this. He would not explain how it took them two additional hours. The time previously I was in for service, to replace a tire with a nail in it, they replaced the WRONG tire, and I had to go back in a day later for the correction. I cannot speak to Byers' sales team, but I do not recommend to anyone this service department.

Audi Columbus are crooks, and are incompetent. I purchased what i was told was a replacement oem spoiler for my car. What i was shipped was some Fas & Furious looking giant piece of plastic, not at all what i had ordered. I called to setup a return/exchange and they refused to correct their mistake. I have bought 3 Audis in the past year, and will not be buying another. xxxx these guys

With that being said, we can assure you that our Audi Parts Specialist told you more than once that the part was non-refundable before you purchased it.. We apologize we were unable to find an immediate solution. But while we were working on a solution for you, you proceeded to threaten us and cuss at us making it very hard for us to continue to working on the solution. We do apologize for the inconvenience, we have been in business for 125 years and truly strive to create the best possible experience for each of our customers, even those who live across the country.

You are a liar, i never spoke with your parts specialist before purchasing, i ordered the part online. It was advertised as an oem spoiler for s5 sportback. thanks for providing irrefutable proof of your lies
