Rachel was most knowledgeable when explaining the many complimentary "perks" of owning a Byers Audi. The A-3 is a most appealing car especially in it's Cosmos Blue color. The entire process was most enjoyable with Rachel playing a part in basically all aspects of the deal. 1st Audi owned and from first impressions it will not be the last! Great experience at Byers Audi over the weekend. Went in just to look, as I still had a few months left on my current lease, and Bart and Rufus made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Great time to buy with so many fantastic programs and they had the car I was looking for. It had been 11 years since I bought my last Audi and I am so glad I went this route. So much car for the money compared to the competition and I am impressed with some of the extras, that BMW and Mercedes don't even offer in this class. I stopped by Byers Audi a few months ago when I was going to the Columbus Airport. I drove a Q5 and really liked it. So, I did some research and drove it again several times, then ordered one. They do not keep a Prestige trim line in stock and it had some features I wanted that can only be had on the Prestige model. Rachel Paskey was terrific throughout the whole process. It took a little over four months from the time I ordered the car until it showed up in Columbus. But, it was exactly what I wanted with the features I wanted. Rachel made the purchasing process easy and enjoyable. The business officer with whom I dealt was also excellent, short process with no pressure to buy anything beyond the car. Rachel gave me a very thorough check out on the main features of the car. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I was able to obtain service, and order a new vehicle, despite being in the middle of a pandemic, and felt safe with the dealership (few people, plenty of hand sanitizer, proper social distancing).

Quick and efficient service...Byers did what was needed and explained if items needed done or could wait. Clearly the best interest of the customer in mind.
