Best experience ever
Every one says the guy behind the window is the bad guy. I got the chance to deal with Mr.Jennings and Nate these guys truly care about there staff and customers. The General Manger did our paperwork with us while Jess finished with another customer and Nate took care of our plates. It’s so nice to go somewhere and they make you feel so important and the genuinely cared. We will come back for our next Ram. Thank You Mr.Jennings and your team.

I don’t usually do reviews, however, I purchased a car from Gary Jennings. Awesome experience, pleasure working with him. My next purchase will be through him. Everyone there was pleasant, and went out of their way to help. Best car purchase experience I ever had. And I have purchased many in my time.

great experience
I thought this was going to be a tough deal but after speaking with the managers and they explained everything in detail, they also got me a better interest rate than my own bank. Dave and Gary really tried to make me happy and I appreciate that. I'm not the easiest to deal with so kudos to you Mr.Jennings great staff and easy experience

Great sales people...service stinks
Watched the truck for like 30 days on various web sites. Drove 2 1/2 hours from Northern NJ, Jessica Stevenson helped me and was great. Came in pre-approved by my bank, Jeff, the Finance Manager got me a better rate than my bank offered. Bought truck on November 9, 2019, 30 day transfer tag expired Dec 9, no plates. Was told by the General Manager that the plates would be Fed Exed to me Dec 27, latest Dec 28. Have been told for 3 weeks NJ plates are on their way! Keep getting the run around from everyone in management. Called NY DMV and they called dealership and got the same response. Still no plates as of Jan 3, 2020. WHEN will I actually get them? Advice to out of state buyers, stay away from this dealer.

Great truck, great service
Didn't know quite what we were looking for when we arrived, but left with the perfect truck. John Purcell whent out of his way to show us a wide variety of vehicles so we could find just the right one. Overall a great experience.

Was a vary clean dealership. The people were friendly . But Laurie . She does an amazing job . Vary good with number , outstanding personality and care . She is the one that keeps people going back to the place to buy more cars . Just outstanding work ethic .
