I cannot say enough about my experience here. First off, the manager, Henry Tessmer, made a personal phone call to me to understand my needs. He NEVER pushed my to go above my budget and was very respectful of it. Thereafter, I was in very close contact with a sales consultant, Kyle Uhlenhake, who emailed/texted me with every detail to make certain all the t's were crossed and i's dotted. Finally, when I arrived at the dealership from Illinois, a business manager, Ryan Sayers, went through all the paperwork with me in great detail and got me on the road in about 1.5 hours!! I could not be happier with my vehicle, as well as the overall experience!!! Cheers to Brookfield Toyota for a job well done!

We were looking for a new vehicle. We went to other dealers but decided to get a Toyota Rav 4. We had a older one in the past. When we got there we met Don he explained everything after we explained what we were looking for and our situations Don went way above and beyond to get us in the ranges and vehicle we wanted. We had a few bad experiences with Toyota in the past, but this was by far the best buying experience we ever had with anything.... My wife already picked out the car online that we wanted. George Argires met us right away, sat down with us, went with us for test drive, (Toyota Avalon 2011) and gave us EVERY DETAIL about the car. George showed my wife the utmost respect and kindness, and that made me quite happy. He did not try to pressure us in any way, (we cannot stand high pressure sales people).....ALL of your staff were so nice to us, as well as very knowledgable. We cannot say enough GOOD THINGS about George, he should get a big financial reward, just for the kindness he showed my wife. My wife and I both work for health systems, so we know a LOT of people........cannot wait to tell EVERYONE about George Argires & all the other folks who made our buying experience a very pleasant one. Never communicated to me for a add on fee of $125.00 for an inspection after I had a four wheel brake job completed for $590.00 plus tax and shop fees! Shameful and disrespectful.

I was in a car accident and needed a replacement vehicle as soon as possible! After searching the web near and far for a QUALITY used vehicle, my mother was brought to the Toyota of Brookfield's website. We searched and found two vehicles that had just been brought in, both of which were of interest to me. Upon calling, we spoke with Brianna D, who was knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions we posed. Upon going in to see the cars, Brianna met us and introduced us to Patrick Duket who test drove both cars with me, answered even MORE questions and ultimately helped me purchase one of them! From the beginning of the process with the Toyota of Brookfield to the end was a time span of just over 24 hours! This team made me feel important, valued and never once made me feel like I was "bothering" them. We have worked with another Toyota location in the past, but after this experience, I do see myself referring my friends and family to, as well as returning to the Toyota of Brookfield for all MY future needs! I came in to get my first car. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and it was a little above my price range. Dillon the sales manager went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted while not going out of my confort zone of price. Everyone working was beyond amazing and the entire time there it felt like they truly wanted me to have the best experience buying my first car, but also the best deal possible.
