I have given this dealership a bad review last year and now, unfortunately, I had to return to trade in the vehicle. I gave them a second chance to get it right and I was treated differently and in a very positive way. I contacted my service advisor, Kyle. He referred me to Joe Federer who was the sales rep. The team gave me the best service and ultimately getting the right car for me. The model I wanted and offered me a very fair deal. I am very happy with the whole experience from service advisor to sales to manager who worked out the bottom line. It was a very positive experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them when purchasing a vehicle.
