Hi, I just bought a 2021 XT5 from McNaught Cadillac and I must say I’ve been very pleased with the service and the one salesman AOUN thank you and he has been very professional and I would recommend my friends to deal with McNaught Cadillac. Thank you.

Solomon is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He and Casey made the purchase of my new Cadillac as painless as it can be. The service department is an entirely different story. Had my tires changed over to my winter ones and requested for them NOT to be put in my car, they went ahead and did that anyway, leaving salt stains on my brand new leather seats. Long story short, nobody could be reached via phone/ email to answer why this was done. Still haven’t heard from the manager of the dealership after 4 + months. Very disappointed.

Excellent service, went above and beyond today. Needed a vehicle to use while mine was in the shop and the sales manager was quick to help.

After a lengthy repair the vehicle was finally ready. Heard everything under the sun. Not once, not twice, but three times was told it would be guaranteed ready by this date. Lack of communication between sales and customer spills into sales and service. Multiple in answered texts, calls, emails proves you’re just another sales notch in their belt. Asked for a few questions about repair from sales and was never answered. Sales person was below average. Wasn’t able to get me everything we’d agreed upon. Live and learn from this. Have had easier, better, faster transactions through marketplace or Kijiji. First and last time using this sales person and or dealer. Vehicles sell themselves and this one was evident of that.

unreasonable charge without informing &explanation, called to ask., nobody replied at all, never go there again

Staff worked hard to make sure we had a chance to try all the vehicles that we were interested in.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Incompetent sales people and no help from management. Was misled and basically had to sell myself a vehicle
