Friendly and fair sales person. Open to negotiation. However, the financing department was overly persistent even when we declined coverage multiple times. Car was not detailed which was very disappointing but they offered to fix this issue when the repair on the vehicle gets done. We also found out the car needed to be repaired when we went to pick it up. It would have been better to know ahead of time.

Just wanted to let the public know about my experience with the dealership. Bought winter tires from Mcnaught back in January of 2021.This year October put them back on the car find out the sidewall of the tire has a bulge.Called the dealership and email with parts person Brett.He asked for pictures sent them .Brett responded with yes we will help you out.I thought this is warranty issues.The dealership stated the where getting the round around with the tire supplier. Found out today they could only offer me $50 off the regular price of a tire want me to pay 280.00 for a tire. So if your looking for tire DON’T buy them at the dealership.They will not help you. This was an expensive lesson learned!Not impressed with the customer service after purchase.I asked for the Manager to contact me I’m still waiting.

It took five hours to do a two hour job and I couldn’t speak to a gyro get an update on my vehicle

He and Mike in finance went above and beyond, including staying passed close, to ensure I was happy and could take my Jeep home the same day!
