I just had another awesome experience at McNaught Service. I have been using their body shop ever since I leased by Cadillac from McNaught. I have a non-GM vehicle that I scratched yesterday. I took it to the nearby facility at 11:40 to have it looked at. They wouldn't look at it since it was too close to lunch time. Unbelievable! They didn't even say "Come back after lunch". So I drove it 1/2 a block to McNaught where I've always taken my cars for body work. It's now 11:55 and Ed Kosa, Body Shop Manager, immediately looks at the affected area and asks, "Do you have 20 minutes right now?". I say "Yes" and 20 minutes later the entire scratched area has been buffed and polished. It looks awesome! I was on my way by 12:23! These guys are unbelievably awesome!!! Thank you!
