McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC

My last experience with purchasing a vehicle gave me such buyers remorse for months. It was that time again I needed a new vehicle and I went to Bobby with intentions of Leasing only. Bobby actually listened to what I wanted. He explained to me what the leasing options were as well as purchasing. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I made the decision to purchase my new Terrain. I walked out of the dealership excited about my new purchase. Day four and I am still smiling! Thank you Bobby and Rob for helping us make the decision to buy the used 2016 Buick Enclave instead of choosing a 2017 as we do like the 2018's but want to wait to see how they look, drive, etc, before we buy. We drove an Enclave for 9 years and totally liked the vehicle therefore after trying out many other vehicles we decided on this Enclave. The gentlemen we very helpful with our decision. They made us very comfortable in choosing this vehicle and will definitely be back at McNaught's to try out the 2018's next year. We are about 150 Km away from the dealership so just wanted to stop in to see what was on the lot. After much discussion with Rob we decided to travel back to Wpg. to purchase the 2016 Enclave. I walked into the dealership looking at a Cadillac XT5, and the different options available to me as I have a vehicle coming off lease and need to find a replacement. Leighton had a no pressure approach, and was very helpful with going through the different options that were available, and really demonstrated a lot of the features in the vehicle. I originally went looking for a used car but ended up with the Wife getting her dream vehicle a 2017 GMC Acadian Denali. A great experience buying my Cadillac from McNaught,. From salesman Bobby Launderville who really understood what I wanted and hit a homerun with all the features I wanted, he is very knowledgeable. Bobby explained all the features and showed me how to navigate the CUE system and showed how all the bells and whistles work on the Cadillac SRX Premium and believe me....this Cadillac has all the bells and whistles. Bobby also set up my phone through Bluetooth and set me up with OnStar and XM radio. .Also Financial specialist Wayne Kohler came up with an extended warranty based on my needs and made signing all the paperwork a pleasant experience. Great vehicle + great service + great people = Happy customer.....I would highly recommend McNaught for your new or used vehicle.

Leighton Powell is a true Sales Professional, He asked all the right questions on what my needs were and got me into a better truck than I could have imagined. My 2017 GMC Elevation is one sweet ride. I will be back again when my wife's vehicle needs an upgrade.
