Had a fantastic experience at Langley Chrysler, I upgraded my 2014 Ram 1500 to a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn edition. Peter is a lot of fun and very helpful. The fact that Peter took the time to research a YouTube video to show how to pair the remote garage door opener shows his commitment to the total customer satisfaction. I am very excited to be driving my new truck and it absolutely one of the best looking vehicles on the road.

He was absolutely right. The Jeep was spotless and well maintained, even better than it looked on the web. The dealership was busy on Saturday but the service was great. Steven Skok (sales & lease consultant) was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining all of the details when I purchased my new 2016 Chrysler 200. I may have been a little indecisive at times during the whole process but he remained very patient and friendly. During my test drive we had to go to my house to make sure the car would fit in my garage and he help me move stuff around to make it fit. I never felt rushed or that it was a bother at all..Thanks again Steven for all your help.

I first went to this dealership not knowing what to expect, especially being my firs time buying a car. I was blunt with the sales rep from the very beginning telling him my budget, and he was very good at understanding and listening to my needs. He was able to give me good options very promptly, and worked around my schedule. Even when I felt that it might be hard to make the purchase work they did everything they could to make the payments fit my budget, so I can get the car I want, and no surprises. I am thankful for guys like Steve Skok and Mike Brandner who I know I can trust, and recommend. I had lots of good laughs with the team there, which is great since dealerships are know to be so sales driven and tense.
