Amazing
By far the best experience I had buying a new truck. I went to three other dealerships before I came to Paul Sadlon, and wish I came here first! I felt comfortable right from the beginning and didn't feel pressured in buying something that wasn't in my budget. very easy going, honest and up front with everything. I would recommend anyone to go here and ask for Jacqueline Hall! She even came in on her days off to accommodate me and my work schedule. Thanks Jacqueline I love my new GMC, and will defiantly be back one day ! Also big thank you to Angie in finance !

Good place to buy a vehicle
Didn't even have to go in I pretty much did it all over the phone and got what I wanted. I would recommend this dealer ship to anyone and Jacqueline hall was good to deal with.

The best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had! I had the pleasure of dealing with Jacqueline Hall. She is easy going, not pushy, and true professional. My car was delivered just as expected and in great time as I took delivery the next day. The whole process was so easy and non stressful I thought it was to good to be true. It wasn't though because I bought my car at Paul Sadlons and my salesperson was Jaqueline Hall!!! As someone who has purchased many cars from dealers, I can confidently say that the dealer and Jaqueline Hall are class acts. I'll be back one day for a ZR1....!!

Worst ever
Bought 2017. Given wrong vehicle. Of course is was my fault. When my only requirments that I asked to have was a sunroof and heated seats. 7 months later of constantly bugging. I was finally given the vehicle I asked for. Well almost. Heated seats don't work I've called right away. Same day. Months have passed still no reply or willing to set up to have it fixed. Being it my first time buying new. It has been the single worst 40 thousand dollars I've ever spent. Wish I didn't even go there in the first place.

Jacqueline Hall Is fantastic
We went to another dealership, however the sales person wasn't overly helpful or friendly. We went to Paul Sadlon Motors. Jacqueline Hall Was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. She greeted our kids and included them in the process. It was a family event! The other dealership said there weren't any other models that we wanted available so we'd have to take theirs. Paul Sadlon Motors had 3 of them! They also had the next model up, for the same price as the other dealership. Don't accept a lesser car or a poor experience. Jacqueline Hall Was heads and shoulders above the other sales person. Our kids even named her Mrs. Fun! Thank you Jackie.

Visited Paul Sadlon Motors in May 2017 looking for a corvette after shopping online all winter. I was welcomed by a courteous staff and most particularly Jacqueline Hall. Even though I wasn't totally ready to make a deal, she answered all my questions and showed me the car I was interested in. From May to July I was in touch with Jacqueline until I decided to visit Paul Sadlon Motors again . Jacqueline was professional and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. The best thing is that Jacqueline went out of her way to create a banner saying happy birthday which I will put on the car, as this purchase was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. She showed excitement for what I was planning and that indicated me to me that she cared about her customer. Angie in financing was also excited about my plans and she was so pleasant she even laughed at my jokes LOL.. Beside the friendly environment from all staff Paul Sadlon Motors, through Jacqueline matched any price I could find online. I will visit with my wife next time I'm in Barrie and will send Jacqueline a few pics from the birthday party. I feel I made some friends at Paul Sadlon Motors. Never Ever Again!
Last week I took my car to my normal mechanic and he hooked my car up and ran a diagnostic and found that a valve was not working in my Malibu and suggested that I take back to GM and have the problem fixed. If it was not covered the cost would be $240.00 taxes in to replace the part. I went to Paul Sadlon motors in Barrie they kept my car for over five hours ( my garage said one hour max) and agreed the valve was not working. Instead of changing the part they cleaned it. Not more than 10Klms the engine light was on and now my third gear is going. The killer is they charged me for work THAT IS COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY. I had a call back from the appointment and explained what happened and was told this was going to be taken care of immediately...Still no call back and still out of pocket from Sadlon motors despite five GM dealers saying they would NEVER Charge for warranty work covered by a GM warranty. It's sad when you your scammed and even worse the car is in worse shape then when it went in.
