This dealership was top notch! Jacqueline Hall went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. She gave me suggestions and her advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Paul sadlon ( Jacqueline Hall in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

An EXCELLENT Buying Experience With Jacqueline!
We dealt with Jacqueline Hall by phone for our entire transaction. We had never met her previously - just happened to call the dealership yesterday morning, since they had an excellent inventory of the vehicle type we were looking for. She was enthusiastic, helpful and very responsive at all times, and completed our transaction same day. (We live 1.5 hours from the dealership). Right from the initial introduction in the morning to taking delivery early evening, everything was executed very professionally and with none of the pressure points you sometimes experience during a new vehicle purchase. I should also mention Angie from the finance department who provided an excellent experience as well. My family’s expectations for customer service are high, and there was nothing in our experience with Paul Sadlon Motors, and Jacqueline Hall specifically, for which I could offer anything less than 5 stars. Well Done!

The biggest robbers you'll ever meet- - 1000 stars
I was sold an 06 caddilac with over 200,000 km for approx 9000$ with Hazards that don't work, windshield wipers fluid that didn't work, turn signal that works intermittently, engine misfires, trunk that leaks when the ice / snow melts or it trains, two different sized tires on the rear and two different sized tires on the front, brakes that can't stop in the rain... Etc, etc. I was told the car was in perfect condition other then some paint chips on the front. This was far from the truth. I have tried to settle this with the dealership on several occasions they even told me they'd fix everything except my wheel bearings (which were only screwed as a result of me hitting the curb because I couldn't stop in the rain) the only thing they fixed was the bearings and then billed me for it as I had already told them I didn't want the bearing done yet as I didn't have the money. Now I'm in the process of filing a law suit if they don't respond by Tuesday.

Jacqueline was amazing. I walked into the dealership and she was willing to help me right away. She did everything I could of ask for and always gave options on what would be the best way to purchase my new truck. She had to locate my truck as there wasn’t many left and she found the one I wanted. I think she’s really a really good , out going sales person and id reccomend her to anyone. Thanks again Jacqueline for finding me my truck !

Great friendly service
This was my first car purchase and I was not very sure how it all worked but Jaqueline explained everything to me in such a friendly manner. I could definitely tell that she was experienced at her job. It was also much better customer service than any dealer ship I have been too. I will be referring her to my friends when they are ready to get new vehicles.

DID NOT GET THE CAR I TEST DROVE
DID NOT GET THE CAR I TEST DROVE DID NOT HAVE CRUISE AND RADIO CONTROLS SALESMAN SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT PUT IN AFTER MARKET CRUISE DENTED DOOR WHILE INSTALLING PUT MY OTHER CAR INTO THEIR NAME BY ACCIDENT HAD TO CERTIFY AND DIDNT PUT BUMBER BACK ON PROPERLY HAD TO REPLACE RADIO DAMAGED HEATING VENT SENT LETTER WITH COMPLAINTS AND PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE TO PAUL SADLON JR DIDNT EVEN GET A PHONE CALL CALLED GMC CANADA DID NOTHING HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR 5 MONTHS AND NOT ONE THING HAS BEEN FIXED
