Great experience purchasing my first Jeep! As soon as I entered the dealership I was warmly greeted by Rob - extremely friendly throughout the entire process, has a great sense of humour, and not pushy at all. I have a busy work schedule and on multiple occasions, Rob stayed late after his shift to meet with me and even remained accessible on his days off. Dealt with Keelan regarding price and was super efficient in ensuring the vehicle was ready on time and to my standards. Wayne helped with the financing/warrantee options - very friendly and personable. Thanks Rob, Keelan, and Wayne!!! With my family dealing with Islington Chrysler in the past I had no problems or hesitations purchasing my used Jeep from this dealership. I was lucky to have the help from Alban Joseph help me with the purchase of my jeep. I have been to other dealers were when their running numbers and packages you start to feel that your a inconvenience to them. With Alban my first visit he ran some packages for me and printed them out and when I said I was not willing to put my name on anything that day he was very understanding and gave me other options. When I finally decided I was ready I popped in with really no time to wait around while he was with another customer I told him I would be in the next day to deal with him because of how I was treated the first time...... Bla Bla Bla I bought a Jeep that Thursday and picked it up Monday. Alban came in on his day off to finish the paper work and get me in my jeep. Thank You Alban Best Regards Greg

Bought a Jeep Cherokee from this place and Rod was extremely helpful in getting me on the road real quick. I came in with an idea in my mind and walked out with my favorite Jeep couple of hours later. It was that quick and I didn't expect it would happen so fast. Rod Guerron (salesman) is the guy I highly recommend to my friends. he was very patient And not pushy. Answered all my questions. He was friendly but professional at the same time. Overall an excellent experience:)

Excellent dealership! They've been good to me since my first vehicle purchase in 2013. Service department is excellent as I've had to use their services for mostly oil changes. I've bought two Chrysler 300Cs from here already. Joe Pereira was and still is my knowledgeable, solution finder, go to sales person both times. He demonstrated excellent customer service, very patient, no pressure, friendly and really knows the products. He will answer any concerns and questions you may have and will guide you to a most favourable decision you would be happy with in the end. The first time I bought a car from him and this dealership I went in there knowing what I wanted. That just made things easier for the both of us. In the finance department, Wayne Custodio really helped me to feel good about my purchase by showing me the best options in the area of protecting your investment, insurance coverage and warranties. It's good to have these safeguards. I know that from experience with my first vehicle. Today, May 20th 2017, I've picked up my second car and it has been, as in the first, an enjoyable experience. I bought a dodge dorango from this dealership, I have been looking around and visited other dealerships But at islington Chrysler Ali Saleh the sales man took his time to show me and go over all details and gave me best deal I couldn't get any where else, best of all there was no pressure , dealership is 10/10 and sales person was 20/10 I highlly recommend this dealership and look for ali for honesty and sincere help

I dealt with Ali and Keelan for the sale of my used vehicle. No complaints about the sale. It went as expected. After the sale I had some warranty issues to deal with and I dealt with Keelan directly. Keelan personally looked after my issues and made sure they all got corrected (which they did).
