I worked in this dealership before and remained on good

I worked in this dealership before and remained on good terms with everyone until today. And today, when I came as a client, I met the service manager Mark. When I greeted him, he told me to leave because I was not allowed to appear here and it did not matter whether I was a client or a former employee of the dealership. For no reason, violated the consumer rights law. It was very unexpected to see such behavior from the head of the department. He has greatly embarrassed the entire company and has lost credibility with current and potential clients. Employees like this should not represent the company. Total disrespect to this worker.

We recently purchased a new 2025 Grand Cherokee Summit

We recently purchased a new 2025 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from Islington Chrysler and traded in our 2018 Summit. From the start of the negotiations to the final signing, the process could not have gone better. We dealt with Moh at the dealership and Moh was really great to deal with. He was responsive, provided fair market value for our trade in and worked out a deal that made everyone happy. Even the day we went to the dealership to do the final paperwork and trade-in, the team there was very professional and Moh was kind enough to do the initial set up of all the onboard systems in the vehicle and get us on the road. We were impressed by how easy the whole process was and there were no hidden costs or gimmicks thrown in at the last minute. Everything was straight forward and made things so much easier for the purchase. Would highly recommend Moh and the team at Islington Chrysler.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Pablo who was very informative and polite. I was inquiring about a truck. He took the time to find out the details I needed and he consulted with his manager to ensure that he was giving me the latest up to date information on a particular vehicle. It is a pleasure to deal with a salesperson like Pablo! Gino Paradiso

I had a disappointing experience with Serge.

I had a disappointing experience with Serge. He was dismissive and curt during our interaction. It was frustrating, and I couldn't help but wonder if his treatment was influenced by biases. I expected more professionalism and courtesy, especially at this level. He went as far to ask me who was going to pay for the new lug nuts and key the dealership neglected to give us when we purchased our Ram 2 months ago. We will NOT be back for service. Very disappointing!

Horrible Service Department, The worst service I have ever experienced. From serge to the manager, Terrible. I would never buy a car from this dealership again and i will never take a car for service there again. This last experience has actually pushed me out of the dodge ram forever...

I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee into the dealership, it

I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee into the dealership, it was a "lemon" that I unwittingly purchased from a used car dealership. Mark from service walked me through everything that was wrong, the list was long, and braced me for the repair bill. While I went without a car for 2.5 weeks I was always kept informed and ultimately had 2 recalls done, major engine work, a massive discount on an engine part and labor, and ultimately I paid the largest repair bill in my life but I have many new parts warrantied for 2 years and the car drives like a new car!! This is my go to for all future repairs, thanks!

Incompetent and corrupt!

Incompetent and corrupt! Wish I could give negative stars! In August I brought in my Ram because there was a grinding noise coming from my rear end. The service department misdiagnosed the issue, and blamed it on my leveling kit up front. It had absolutely nothing to do with the leveling kit. I brought it to another dealership and they repaired it properly, no issues. Mark Gdyczynski the service manager tried to convince me to remove the leveling kit and bring it back for better diagnosis. What a waste of time that would have been. Glad the other techs at the other dealership were much more competent. My horn wire was cut and a window was broken as a result of a theft attempt. I got a quote from Islington Chrysler to have it repaired. Instead of being sympathetic to clients who are experiencing the theft epidemic in Ontario, they try to squeeze every penny they can out of them. They actually tried to sell me an immobilizer for $2000! My regular car electronics shop said going rate is around $500 for the Compustar immobilizer they sold at the time. See the screenshot I posted for the other ridiculous charges. I went and had the same work done at another dealership for about half the cost. After I said I wasn't willing to pay for their ridiculous prices, I asked to have it back as is and I would pay the diagnostic fee. They did a quick fix repair on the horn and charged me $200 for it, without authorization. During the time my truck was in their possession, the tech took it for a drive to a private residence. He disconnected my dash cam, not realizing it also operates on batteries, and I saw the footage. I also have a tracker installed, see screenshot. Andy, the tech, also had his phone hooked up to my Bluetooth. There was no test drive required outside of the parking lot, as I told them. Mark decided to talk to me like I was stupid when I brought it up. He's a flat out liar. Very limited parking in the service area, no loaner cars, no shuttle service. Oil changes for Ram trucks are about $200. As mentioned, the tech, the advisor and the service manager, all don't have a clue what they're doing. I messaged Jeff Garon, Director of Operations about my concerns, and nothing but crickets from him. Guess his highness was too embarrassed to respond. Years ago I was looking to buy a truck, and since this dealership was so close to my house, I came here. The sales person simply decided to ignore my emails when working out a deal so I had to go elsewhere. Aw well, their loss. Funny part was they supplied the vehicle to the dealership I bought it from. I've leased and bought four Rams over the past seven years, which was done elsewhere as a result of this sales person's negligence. Save yourself a world of headaches and go elsewhere. Anywhere.

Service manager is rude, unhelpful.

Service manager is rude, unhelpful. Have an appointment? Doesn't care. "Too busy" to look at my 6 month old Jeep despite making an appointment days in advance. Disgusting attitude, terrible service. Stay away!

I've purchased two cars from Islington, the first one was a brand new C200 which I had for a few years and the second one is a Chrysler 300 which I still drive. I was very satisfied in both deals, especially with the customer service and service department. Special mention to Mark Gdyczynski, the service manager who I find very efficient. I highly recommend Islington for your Chrysler needs !!
